To start this review, I was looking for a cheaper car insurance company and thought Cost U Less would be a Great place to look. I called the Tracy Branch to schedule an appointment and spoke with Mr. Sean Rico. He asked me a few questions to get started and we went from there. He was very helpful and polite while helping find a better rate. He’s very knowledgeable in what he does. He was precise with getting me where I wanted to be and was very professional. Outcome was overall a Great Experience, no wait time and Speedy process. I would recommend anyone and everyone to give him a call or simply go and see him. He’ll definitely try his Best to meet your demands.

Customer service is big for me. I was greeted promptly by Sean Rico. He was wearing a mask which is really important, it helped to reassure me that he was not only concerned for my auto insurance but my health as well. We talked about the best coverage for my needs and at the best value that could be offered. I have to say that if it wasnt for Sean being so attentive to me as a client and making me feel important I might not be choosing cost-u-less. However his customer service was on point and of course the best offer for insurance so Im glad I chose here. Thank you!

Horrible! Put under an impression of helping me taking care of an old bill and was told to disregard and upcoming letter for that specific old bill owed and at the same time getting started on a new insurance and quote. well, got another letter for that owed bill from previous insurance and did what the insurance agent (Sandra Mendez) told me to do, which to disregard it. i did that and now that owed bill put me in collection. its been more than multiple times that ive called an trying to reach her, and those who have been picking up have been saying the call automatically takes to different agents at different when specifically the tracy, ca branch didnt pick up because all agents there are busy. Each one of them have said they would email her my concern and have her return my call, but she have never. multiple calls and multiple emails i guess... had call from a different number and someone picked up - i guess they dont recognize the number. before i was asked and said who i was, i asked if it was tracy, ca branch, the girl who picked up said yes. if youre reading, all this then you understand what im saying. theyve all been avoiding my calls and my concern that SANDA MENDEZ from TRACY, CA branch have put me in or under the impression that i was taking care of an issue i had before starting a new quote and getting insured again! the girl who picked up said she would message SAndra, but i told her no and that i would wait on the line instead because ive been through this multiple times. wait on the line for 20 minutes. someone picked up and hung up, that happened few times ago. called again and got to speak to a manager. even he couldnt figure out what she did. why would i put myself in this situation, that it makes no sense to put myself into collection. Sean, the manager himself was helpless. Poor service! manipulating and deceitful! untrustworthy and not responsive! Still no return call and situation not fixed. Negative feedback and no stars for the branch and the entire staffs!

I honestly don’t recommend this insurance company because of their head and fees and the representative on over the phone are very rude and not professional I cancel my insurance on that one day and then they still continue charging me and then when you call them they basically give you poor service and your money through the mail takes forever to arrive back just in one month I had over $1000 in hidden feesIf you guys are looking for a insurance go to insuranceonline.com you’ll find better prices there better customer service and no hidden fees I’m just trying to prevent other people from getting scammed

I really love the insurance deals that i got from them but was deeply disapointed when i showed up and was denied service at their tracy site when i deeply needed their help it was 6pm and still had 1 hour to closing time. It was very poor customer service to say the least.
