Ive had nothing but great customer service experiences from Rons insurance office. The agents all are knowledgeable about auto insurance and provide excellent customer service. Greg is always available for questions. The insurance coverage itself is really good. Allstate provided rental car for my use while my Camry was in the shop. The insurance adjuster Im working with had provided excellent customer service. While explaining what happened during my car accident, my insurance adjuster took detailed notes and even used Google Maps images to reconstruct the accident. I would recommend Allstate for auto insurance to my friends and family.

I was not impressed or pleased by their customerservice at all. I did not get any help when I had Mother Nature blew my roof & had damaged due to 🌲 trees falling on the roof & fence due to severe winds in 2016 December January. I had no help or guidance and the universal insurance company who they shop with in Florida were big time crooks. They have very hard time to get things fixed and took a very very long time. And we had shop for the insurance w to get the lowest bids and save a ton of money for the insurance. They had given a equipment coverage when I had bought the home insurance policy but when the equipment went bad they did not cover a penny and raised my insurance to 2 times more than what I was paying and soon I had to kick them out and get a great insurance and a company for $ 720/ year a home insurance policy fir my home where they were charging me $1650 per year. I lost complete belief & faith in both the agents assistant and the insurance company. I would never recommend them at all. DiscriminationStill exists so much & it is such a shame on their part.

We have since moved from California but I wanted to brag a little on Ron and his staff. We were only in California for 8 months but this staff was so extremely kind and good to us. They gave our boys Allstate hats and stuff, which made them feel special, but they also took such good care of us when our garage was broken into. I am a firm believer in renters insurance now!
