I called him for doing a service for our Subway freezer. First of all he was overcharging for the equipment pieces that were needed and second he was saying I don’t know how long it will take for them to come in. So I decided to find a website and order myself. The things I ordered were less than half of the price that he mentioned and also I did express shipping and they came in next day. He visited our store again and was extremely annoyed by the fact that we ordered them ourselves then he mentioned of ordering one more thing and we had to order it again with additional express shipping price. We tried to be nice to him throughout but he seemed so upset by the fact that we tried to save money on things that he was overcharging for. Then on third day he just handed over the bill of $1100 and when I asked for bill details he completely denied to give. He didn’t mention his commute miles or hours nothing. There was no detailed bill giving explaining why the price was so high and he threatened to sue me for asking him for the bill details. So his company is completely unprofessional and Rip off is what he and his company does. We don’t earn money from trees and here we are working hard to make money. On the other side people like him are just overcharging for just labor which was not even more than 3 hours and the commute if I consider it to be was not more than 2 hours considering he came three times to my store which was completely unnecessary. And that’s what he charged us $1100!!!! Are you freaking serious !!! I have asked other people to help us before it’s just this time I had no option and called him. I would not recommend his service to anyone. His service was a complete form of rip off and customer service sucked.
Now, after we have posted the review about his unpleasant service. He has been trying to threaten us that he wont let any other Refrigetion company come and work at our store. I mean I dont get the audacity of this man named John. This is what professionalism is ??? This man thinks he runs California and can do anything. Even if I have put forward the truth of his service. Its 35 minutes drive from his company to our store. He purposely came to the store three times when he could just fix things in two days as he saw what was wrong then. According to his bill he worked for 11 hours considering if we paid him $100 per hour. Which doesnt make sense at all coz drive including for three days couldnt be more than 2 hours and work he did was only 4 hours. So actually for working 6 hours he charged us $1100 for his labor !!! And he has the audacity to still call and threaten. If you do wrong start owning it. No one was keeping him from getting money that he worked for but asking for unreasonable price is the matter here. Also not to forget when asked for detailed bill he threatened to sue us. I just want everyone to know because they are overcharging and being disrespectful through the roof!!
Our heater kept turning off at night. Our landlord called JC Rego and John came to our house. He is so nice, knowledgeable and caring. He took the time to listen to us and was very thorough as he looked for the problem. He returned a couple of days later with a new motor and explained to me what he was going to do. In about 20 minutes, our home was nice and toasty and John gave us directions on how to keep it that way. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I highly recommend this company!
