These people determine funding of tax reports from previous years of your business. The idea of expanding is to acquire funding in order to have more profit than the prior years. As the old saying states, (it takes money to make money).

I would avoid these people. They can get you the low hanging fruit (credit cards) which you can probably do yourself if youre diligent. But as far as getting the loan you really need they will try to get you that next after the easy stuff to get your loan AND their fees higher. Id stay clear, they got me a credit card that wouldnt help with my mortgage. My mistake, I could have done that myself.

I had a great experience with Finance Factory, and in particular with my account manager Jean V. She has been super professional, and responsive through out the process of getting me the loan I needed for my start up. The amount Jean and her team were able to get was even more than I initially expected, which was a great surprise. I will add that even in middle of the process Jean heard me out, made tweaks to the loan, showing flexibility on their end and more importantly high level of customer service. I recommend Finance Factory to others who are trying to startup a business and are in need of a loan, they got the job done for me and the process was smooth. I found Finance Factory through Lending Tree, when the app crashed. I was frustrated because I thought Id have to do the forms again. Finance Factory actually reached out to me by phone, and introduced themselves. The first person I connected with was Sam, and he was friendly and knowledgable. More importantly, he was aware of what he didnt know, as well, and in the end, every stage with him transpired in exactly the process he stated it would. It was easy onboarding. In moving to a second stage, I worked with Cole. Cole literally listened to me ramble for hours about my ideas and I genuinely believed he enjoyed every minute of it. Beyond that, he got me great rates, he pinged my credit the exact amount of times he said he would to get the job done, no more. At the time of writing this review, I have received the funding I needed. Interestingly enough, the banks Im approved with also sent me letters declining the loan initially. I have decent credit, not impeccable credit, and these were unsecured loans, so for those familiar, that means the folks at Finance Factory worked some magic, and without that, it wasnt happening. This is something I know, not something they stated. In the world of finance, to work magic with grace, and quiet precision, without even taking credit for it, is remarkable. And, the whole thing was done 100% remotely, with minimal action required on my end. I admit, I was a little hesitant at first due to the consultancy fee, but looking back, Im more than confident I saved in time and convenience whatever it cost me to pay their fees. Id do it again. More important, my credit report barely even felt it, and Id imagine they did a good bit of shopping around. They also had an alternative lender they discouraged me from using, despite it likely being in their best interest to close it, which shows honesty. Highly recommended, maybe not for penny pinchers, but definitely for folk who dont mind paying a little more for quality and convenience. Thanks again, all!

As far as I am concerned they did nothing that I hadnt already tried to do on my own for financing except a few places they deal with. I also reduced my request and did not even receive a response on if they could help me or not therefore I lost out on the business I was trying to buy. If I had at least received a call back informing me that they could not help me, I would have given a bit better rating.

They tried to charge me over $4,000 to help me apply to get bunch of credit cards. I declined after reading the fine print in the docusign I was sent. They tried to make it seem like they were lending me the money they but just want to make money off of me applying for a bunch credit cards with high rates

They couldnt help me out and Barbara lied through her teeth when she said finance factory will be able to help me out. All of it was a lie. They dont help. They just dinged my credit more by looking at my credit score. Trying to find a loan is never going to happen through this company. Do not try it!!!

I still have question whether Finance factory is legit or not. After I consult with them the invoice they billed me appeared Atlantic Capital.Based on my experience, I feel like I was screwed up by them charging service fee of 9.9%. It was after hurricane Harvey hits our business so bad that I start looking for loan. I came across their web & start working with them not knowing I will be dragged more in debt. I was looking for business loan but end up getting personal loan per finance factory advise. Please do your research & ask nearby banks/credit unions about their offer before getting finance factory. In my case Finance Factory asked me to go to bank & apply for loan. After I get the loan they ask me to pay service charge. Ohwaa! It wasnt explained to me very well. With my credit score above 720, it was a huge mistake to ask their help!

I was completely turned off by this company. All they did was lie and tell me that I was approved, when it was only a pre approval which means nothing. I was told that all they will do is refer me to other banks or credit card companies I no longer was interested in moving forward. Company will charge outrages fees to be a middle party in securing a loan from a bank. Company has no relationship with banks but lied banks are not aware finance factory is involved. They wanted me to not tell the bank Finance factory was going to help me apply. This is a shady company

Terrible experience with this company. Their service I could have done on my own. They will send your personal info over to many different banks and some banks will decline. Wanted to charge me 10% of my loan for them to help us. What a rip off! They ‘prequalifed’ me for an amount they did not end up getting me that amount. They pulled my credit without getting my permission, they are scam artist middle men. They use banks on LendingTree, lending club, sofi and they will charge thousands of dollars for referring you to other banks a complete rip off! Save your money apply to banks directly

This company is misleading customers. What a terrible experience. Could not give me any idea of what rates would be. Very vague on details of how long it takes to actually receive the loan proceeds. I was also told any loan amount would be stringed together in 4-5 separate loans. Did not realize they would just shop my credit file to other banks. Would never use or recommend.
