The epitome of unprofessional! My son had an appointment to take his GED test on a Tuesday at 11am. When we got there we dialed the number for the suite as it is a secured building. The number for the suite is #23, which went straight to a voice-mail. Also the two phone numbers listed for the business went straight to voice-mail. I left a voice-mail and not a sole has responded to it. We were highly irritated that not only was my son mentally prepared to take the test but I paid for him to take it. Then to make matters worse the GED customer service center stated that we had to wait 3-5 days for this place to respond before I could get a refund for my test fee. Needless to say we wont reschedule here nor schedule any of his future test.

Friendly PV authorized testing center. Bare bones, nothing fancy - but the testing accommodations are functional. I have tested here multiple times with no issues and will be happy to test here again.
