I cannot explain in simple words how lucky I feel to have found Dr Bakir. He has gone above and beyond the duty of a normal dentist. I have had mouth issues, and he has walked me through my anxiety and worry in regards to different procedures. Dr. Bakir is THE best dentist I know! . He is warm, inviting and easy to talk to, and so is his entire staff. While most dentist have hygienist, he is one that takes pride in actually doing the cleanings himself. I would honestly say that for anyone with dentophobia, after one visit you will feel comfortable.

The last thing I wanted to do was go to the dentist during a pandemic but I found myself in that unfortunate situation. I called Dr Bakir and he got me in promptly. As background, a good dentist is important to me because like many people, my dental health was neglected in my youth and young adulthood. So my dental care in later years has been considerable. He takes the time to explain every procedure, to answer every question in an understandable fashion, and does exemplary work. Ive had several crowns put in by Dr. Bakir, and I have had no problems subsequent to his work. Just as important -- and I pay attention to these things -- his technique for local anesthesia is painless. His staff is also very good, pleasant to deal with, and its also very easy to make an appointment or change one as needed.

We were a little nervous when Dr Greene sold his practice to Dr Bakir, but our visits over the last 2 years have proven that the practice was taken over by the right dentist! Dr Bakir and his staff are efficient, I am taken in on time, the cleanings are thorough, Dr Bakir is friendly and they have done good work on more specialized services such as crowns and inlaysThey have also modernized the practice a bit with text messaging and an improved environment.We drive all the way up to Towson from Annapolis as we recently moved and we have no intentions of finding another dentist!

As much as I hate going to the dentist, Dr. Bakir and his staff provide a comfortable, clean, friendly, and professional office environment. When I attend my appointments there, its not much more stressful than going to a barbershop for a fresh cut.

Dr. Bakirs office deserves 5/5. Heres why:I started experiencing extreme pain... like the kind that spans from your cheekbone to the jaw first, then to the entire half of your head. My dental office wasnt open that day so I frantically called every dentist offices that my insurance took (its a PPO), and finally had luck with Dr. Bakirs office. Tiffany answered my phone call and she sounded like she genuinely cared. After a brief hold, they were able to squeeze me in about 2 hours later! After quick X-rays, Dr. Bakir told me I needed a root canal. Dr. Bakir asked if I wanted to proceed here or return to my previous dental office. I didnt even hesitate. After he treated my tooth and placed a temporary cap, he even gave me his cell so if any conditions worsen, I can contact him asap. That night, I started to have fever, so I texted. He immediately replied, with suggestions on what medication I can take to relieve pain and reduce fever. From then on to the day I received my permanent crown, it has been a truly exceptional experience, and I will be a loyal client of Dr. Bakirs office. Thank you to all - Dr. Bakir, Lisa, and Tiffany! You helped me get back to life with little interruption. And the hygienist, Mary, is so thorough, I doubt Ive ever had my teeth cleaned that well, pain free. The entire team deserves 5/5!
