This place is kinda hidden from the main entrance road as it sits behind another business building. Limited room in the back on (unorganised day).

Horrible customer service, worst experience I have had with a company.I called Groff Tractor over 2 weeks ago to get one of my machines serviced, I was told that someone would be by the following week and that I would receive a call. After waiting the whole week, I decided to call again asking what happened to be told that they did not know but that they would reschedule me for the upcoming Thursday. I waited the whole day for them and took off work and no one came to service my machine. I have now spent over 2 hours on the phone being transferred from parts to service, back to parts, and back to service again. Every time it is a new person having no clue what I am talking about. This company really needs to have a much better system for scheduling service appointments. I wasted my whole day and, quite frankly, the last three weeks.

I like them, and they do have bucket teeth for your John Deere, they will tell you no but they do.
