The lady at the front desk was very nice, and helped me fill out my tax forms. Megan was also very helpful with understanding the rules of not only their agency but for the employer Im working for. Everyone there was very nice and the paperwork is easy and someone will assist you if you need help.

I actually found AEI to be a very GOOD temp agency. I think it all depends on your attitude. If they can obtain a position for you, they will. I found them to be very, very nice and extremely helpful. Although my particular position didnt work out for me, I dont fault AEI or the employer. Both were wonderful. I found AEI to be very helpful and responsive. No complaints at ALL.

I called about an opening at the book store in falls village. I was previously hired but declined due to having received a call from an agency who I was waiting for a position from.. Long story short, I spoke to Cindy and she was very rude telling me I was a no call no show, when in fact I even got into my phone record to prove I did call 2 days prior when I received the other call I was waiting on for months... I wanted to try making extra money during the week with an easy position and see if there were any openings again at the book store. NOT my fault they lacked on their end and didnt put the fact I DID call in my record. Very discussed at the way she handled the situation or should I say lack of.

Horrible, they renegged on a job offer and never called me back after multiple attempts. I recommend Jaci Carrol and Kelly Services. The staff at AEI is only concerned in their own personal gain during the employment finding process.

Ms.Fox goes the extra miles to help find employment for all..the rest of these job agencies r a joke..they refuse to help anyone who has made even one mistake n their lives..for those of u looking for employment and has some trouble n there past.i recommend AEI
