Fantastic company and service. Our company, like many others this year, was in a bind and in need of staff to get us through some busy weeks and Express Employment Professionals really came through. They were courteous, provided us with two wonderful staff members, and followed up several times to ensure the staff met our needs and were working out well (which they were!). Its very clear that they care and want to place quality staff in appropriate positions. Highly recommend.

Ive been trying to find employment through express for months. After 3 horrible jobs finally thought they founded me somewhere fitting. Peed in a cup did a background test, then five weeks later they said nobodies contacting them, trying to have me contact a company named global. Very confused and they seem pretty mixed up. Will render you homeless just by waiting for work.Will never reccomend again.

I found this agency to be conducive to my needs to find suitable employment and presented offers in a very precise manner enabling me to gain strides in making life changes moving to the Torrington area. Staff is very accessible and always informative and courteous. Always refer others looking for a new start to checkout Express. So happy to have had this genuine experience.

The people are nice and very helpful but you dont get paid for holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving

Expresss Torrington office kept me moving throughout the last two years of a very difficult market, and I wasnt the easiest to shop for either. Jim took a personal investment in finding me positions and ensuring that the match was solid. I couldnt have made it these years without their dedication, hard work, and diligent attempts to fill my needs. This company is a joke. The only reason I ever gave them a good review is because they bribed me with a gift card as well as other employees so dont trust any reviews that were written a month ago.I suggest going to the companies themselves and getting a job because they cant even do payroll and will short your checks and wont even pay you back till the following week. This company also has no compassion after missing work because I had a dying relative they put me on a zero policy plan and didnt even inform me so when an emergency came up I lost my job. And yes I am mad but thats not why Im writing this review Im writing the truth. If you want to actually get paid on time which Im sure you do put in the foot work yourself. Im know plenty of people who say the staff at express are useless. And useless might be an understatement

Personally ill never try this agency again. Wasted my time filling out papers and online account with personal info just to be told closiest jobs were about an hour away when originally at job fair they supposedly had local work.Avoid the hassle and putting your personal info out there. Try the other local staffing agencies.My review will remain a 1 star until they get their acts straight.
