On time drove reasonably and got me there on time, staff was courteous

Pulled up in from of Cumberland farms to let a customer out but did not move after. Blocked the parking lot to cars trying to drive by. Blocked two parking spots.

Trapped in taxi with No mask driver.Horrific old guy coughing= DRIVER

Unbelievable. Requested a taxi to take me to Bradley International Airport for a 7:15am flight and taxi never came. No one answering both their numbers. I dont understand how this company is running.

Awful company. I requested a cab around 2pm to be here at 3:40pm and it never came; worse, every time I called I got sent to voicemail.
