My wife used this business several times when her car was being repaired. The cab was always on time. The driver was polite and professional and the car was very clean. 5 stars.

My wife and I has used this taxi service when they first opened they were a fine taxi service at the time now I feel they took on too much business for their selves to control All the short lady does with the white car lies about everything lies about the times on when you’re supposed to be picked up and everything we were one other faithful customers now they lost our business and I will be trying to blackball their business Because it’s not right the way they treat people now

Driver was punctual (actually early) and courteous. Reliable service.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered taxi the night before. Spelled out the street name multiple times but they messed it up so car showed up 35 min late (after I called to find out where the car was), which made me so late that I didn’t arrive at my location until 35 min late and thus missed my chance to take my first trip in two years. Called and told them they needed to come back and take me back to my starting point, which they did but then they wanted to charge me for it. No way. You make a mistake, cost me hundreds of dollars, and then you want me to pay you for your mistake? No. They even threatened to call the cops on me. For their mistake. Also, the car was absolutely filthy and smelled like urine. Use any other taxi service.

Always on time drivers are very pleasant even the office personal

I used this taxi service for over a year and I was dropped off at my address and the total was $8 I only had a $50 bill woman said she had no change even tho money was visible in the console she then said she would bring the change back and never showed after about a hour we contacted the company she kept saying. She’s busy working and can’t bring it terrible taxi service and I have video proof of her saying she would come back with the change

They were quick to respond, showed up on time and provided us with a great ride to the airport.

They say they will pick you up then leave you stranded and when you try to call them to make an appointment the call gos straight to voice mail

I was very annoyed and upset with this company. First time using them as I have my own vehicle. My mom is visiting me from NEW YORK i had called to see if they can pick her up to then go somewhere local and back. As soon as the man picked her up he was rude because she doesn’t speak English fluently but does and can speak it! My mother is a Hispanic elderly women. When he asked her for her card for payment she told him the zip code which is a NEW YORK ZIP CODE he told her “No, that’s not a zip code, and kept interrupting her as if she didn’t know what she was saying because she’s Spanish. He was giving her a hard time saying she was wrong. After she numerously explained SHES FROM NEW YORK OBVIOUSLY THE ZIP CODE TO HER CREDIT CARD WILL BE WHERE SHE RESIDES. even when she got to her destination I specifically told them where they needed to go because it was a doctors office for a swab test for my son and he was cutting my mom off saying she’s wrong.I was so angry to hear this, as again she’s visiting me! And I called the base and complained on the man driving the taxi. Still very upset on this experience. Not sure if he was racially profiling or having a bad day! But I really don’t care don’t work in a service that involves CUSTOMER SERVICE and different kinds of people.Not sure if I would try this again and hope for a better experience.

The driver I had was texting and driving and he went a really convoluted way to where I was trying to go(and made it take longer). There was also no covid safety barrier in between the driver and backseat.

Driver was unprofessional with communication about certain subjects. Did not wear mask about mouth and nose. The car was un kept and smells of smoke.

Poor poor customer service ... I WILL NEVERUSE AGAIN.
