I got my Obama cell phone there and signed up for energy assistance for eversource.

They need to hire new employees who talk to you with respect and not ones that speak to you like your beneath them. That goes for all the employees at this office. Emma Williams is by far exceptional ( just love her)

The energy assistance lady literally degraded me and called me a liar when I showed her my taxes. I sat respectful waiting for her help she not once explained anything then said I was all set and told me what I had to pay monthly which was $190 for 12 months. I said how is that help she rudely said I had to deal with the electric company now and pushed me out the door. Haha thanks! Never get return phone calls if you need help stop in because nobody will call you back!

It makes no sense why these people exist & they dont help anybody. Everybody say go here. I go there & there completely no help what so ever

Front desk ladies are rude and talk about personal life the entire time then re ask you the same questions they did when you first came in. Sat there 45min past appt time. For the good this place can do they really need to work on how they act professionally.

Very rude lady at the desk. Everytime I go there to make an appointment with Mike hes not there. Why does the desk not make appointments? The second time I went there she said he would be back by 1. So I came back 5 min before one and she gave me an attitude and said I would have to wait BC he had 3 appointments. But she told me to come back at 1? I went there again today I was very polite but still her attitude is harendous!
