We paid for them to come deep clean our house and when they showed up. We told them that we needed everything done. We even gave them a deposit. When they got here they said we had to remove everything from our cupboards for them to be able to clean them. And we had some stuff like trash that we needed to throw in the uhaul and they said they would help. They never did. They told us we would have to schedule another day for them to come and do it once we had everything out and they got another deposit from us. We also paid for their taxi ride home. After they left we found someone else that helped us do it all . So we told them to not come back. They said they would give us our deposit back but never did. I would not recommend them.

We hired Susie to perform a deep clean of a home we just purchased. She provided a quote to perform a deep clean of the whole house, but on arriving, informed us she did not have a vacuum and would be unable to clean the carpeted lower level. She also insisted on being paid up front.She did some cleaning in the other levels, but areas of the floors were obviously uncleaned, closets were untouched, streaks and dirt were left on the windows. She also neglected to clean any part of the kitchen, because she ran out of time. She neglected to offer a partial refund, and has refused to return phone calls or texts.She also used the bathroom and did not flush. In a very real, visceral way, she left the house dirtier than it was when she arrived.So, in short, if you want your house cleaned and like paying for a service and receiving it to some reasonable level of quality, Susie is probably not your girl. But if you want to be ripped off and have a mess left in you bathroom, well, look no further.
