My experience is similar to Kristina’s. We used the service for a couple of years and have found a lack of consistency in the quality of the cleaning. It did not improve when I requested the same cleaner and a supervising cleaner. Kevin’s response to my concerns was repeatedly to let the cleaner know for next time. At no point did he offer to correct the cleaning or anything else to acknowledge the issues. They have broken items to which I requested that they please leave a note so I know, rather than the item just being missing. Only one time did I receive a note and that was when my neighbor observed the item being broken. For my last complaint Kevin canceled the services. So be aware that if you are less than satisfied you may be “fired!”

Cleaned windows and sliders inside out as well as sills and screens. Did awesome job. Roerig was very professional, accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job cleaning a newly acquired house that hadnt had a deep clean for many years. They were quick to respond. They scheduled within a few days of my inquiry and were very professional.

This company charges a premium rate and does not deliver premium services. If you complain they add late fees and threaten to send your bill to small claims court. Poor quality poor customer service. Stay away is my suggestion

Billiejo and Gabriela were absolutely amazing to work with. This was the first time we had ever hired a cleaning service so we unsure of what to expect: should we leave while theyre here? Is there anything thats not appropriate to ask of them? They arrived exactly on time and were so warm and pleasant. They asked specifically what we were looking for which I appreciated... I am a person who notices small details and so I pointed out a few areas in particular that needed to be cleaned in every room (as well as walls, doors, baseboards, bathroom, etc)...Their performance exceeded my expectations! Northwest Cleaning has done several post construction deep cleaning for our community at Hunter’s Chase At Litchfield. In many cases we are on a tight schedule and they have always made deadlines for us. We are very pleased with their work and we will continue to use there services. I would highly recommend them.

Quality service. Prices are bit high, but they do a good job. Had to rush cleaning to get as much done possible - we moved and took lighting out of house so got too dark to clean. The two cleaners were awesome and professional. Good (not great) communication - takes a day or more for an email reply and when your moving that is a long time.... But it is good. I would recommend Northwest Cleaning.

We had these guys for regular cleanings for a couple of years. In addition to breaking our property, they consistently did not perform the tasks on their cleaning checklist. When my husband raised the issues, the owner notified him that he was raising our rates. My husband emailed an objection and the owner said he would call him the next day. He never called. They came for the next cleaning, did another poor job, and then charged the higher rate. When we questioned it, Kevin said we never objected to the higher rate. Needless to say, we fired them. Very poor quality of work, and very poor customer service.

I scheduled a cleaning for 2 hours and 2 people. They came with 3 people the extra person at no charge and spent 2 hours cleaning. I had left a note with my daughter on what had to be done and they did a great job on everything they got to. They werent able to finish due to the time, but everything that was done was great. Ive lived in my home for 3 years and have never been able to get my blinds clean, they did and they look fantastic. I will definitely have them come back and recommend them to other people.

Amazing-- first time using a house cleaning service, started with the spring deep clean and are SO happy with the results. Our schedules are busy and weve resisted doing this for a long time out of guilt, feeling like we should do this ourselves, but my husband and I are so pleased we cant say enough about this wonderful company. The team did a superb job and we are so pleased we are signing up for a standing visit every 2 weeks. The one star is for the nice woman who cane out to look at my house. After that, it all went down hill. The owner texts and emails and calls with a quote very gung ho. When I call back to discuss the quote he emails me back instead. We go back and forth a few times and after removing a few rooms from the quote the price is the same??? Very odd. Then he just stopped communicating.**owner just contacted me and was very belligerent. The last email I sent him, he never responded to. Very unprofessional.

Sometimes you need to treat yourself and let someone do the house cleaning! Right when when we walked in it smelled and felt so clean.
