Have been going to Scott for a cut and color for years. Hes always friendly and takes the time to listen if you want to change things up a bit. The salon is clean and Ive never been disappointed. Great salon and great hair stylist!

I started coming here over 4 years ago, as a walk in, and Ive been coming back ever since. I absolutely love being able to book an appointment online, it is a little thing that makes a BIG difference. Kimberly has always done a wonderful job on my hair, as well as my kids too! I absolutely love her, shes super nice, and an excellent hair stylist.

This had become my go-to salon! Sarah and Chelsea have both done WONDERS on my hair. They are great hairdressers and ensure I’m comfortable and happy with the outcome! I highly recommend.

The girls were really friendly and helpful and they did an amazing job but when I went in for my appointment, it seems they double booked me so in addition to the person I was scheduled with, others had to assist to get my hair done. Also, when I called in to make my appointment I was told it would cost me $95 but when I was done and went to make my payment, I ended up paying $160, which was waaaaay more than I wanted to spend on my hair.

My 9 year old son and I both love coming to Salon Q. The atmosphere and everyone is so friendly!

My stylist Sherri is wonderful. She asked me questions on my first visit and advised me what to do for my color. Salon is immaculate and everyone there is very polite & helpful. I would highly recommend.

I see Kim and she always does an amazing job! I am incredibly picky about who cuts/colors my hair. I have long dark hair and a lot of it. She always handles it well and gives me exactly what I ask for. I highly recommend her!

NEVER IN MY LIFE have I been to a place worst then this!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! The woman washed my hair and what ever she used made it shed soo much. I asked for a trim and she cut it so short then when I asked her to straighten it she kept blow drying it and adding so much product and when she said she was done it looked so frizzy and puffy and felt so rough and it looked extremely greasy. I told her all this so she tried to use the straightener and it looked the same and while she was brushing the hair so roughly it created more split ends. And then what ever cream she used on my hair made my face so irritated. And if all of this wasn’t bad enough her phone kept ringing and she kept answering it and arguing with her son in front of me a costumer.If I could give this 0 starts I would. I am extremely angry and beyond disappointed!!!! My hair feels and looks so disgusting.And even more she wouldn’t admit her mistake and kept trying to convince me that I was wrong.The guy there ended up giving me 25 dollars back. But honestly it was the worst hair experience of my life!!!

True Gem in T-town. Who says there is nothing good in Torrington? Not true. I love SalonQ. They are on point. Dr. Scott is the best. He will cure your winter blues. Go see him, you wont be disappointed.

I went in to get my daughters hair trimmed . The lady was unfriendly and we waited a good amount of time for her to finish whatever she was doing before. Not to mention the brushes still had hair in them from the last clients. No one can clean there brush??

After going to costcutters many times and never getting the look I want I decided to try this salon! Loved it and my hair came out just as I wanted! Everyone there seems like they know what theyre doing!

Salon Q is the go to place if you want your hair, brows, makeup & nails done RIGHT. (Makeup & nails I believe you have to make an appointment for)The salon DOES howevertake walk ins for hair. I have been a customer of the owner @Barbara Qyteza since she rented a chair at a different salon almost 20 years ago. Then I followed her when she made the jump to open her own salon. I have now brought over my whole family, immediate & extended. Even my Aunts who live out of state (NY,FL,MA) when they are in town they ALWAYS make sure they get an appointment at Salon Q to have their hair done. (Now thats saying something) The staff is awesome too. From @scott Corey another stylist to the receptionist EVERYONE IS NICE & ALWAYS smiling. As for Barbara, I cant say enough good things about her. She is one of the sweetest, kindest woman youll meet. Shes a hustler & shes making IT!! Shes a salon owner, AMAZING mother & wife & makes it look easy. She is the ipitomy of a female trailblazer! You go girl! I would highly highly recommend this salon. You will not regret it.
