As soon as I walked into the facility, I knew I was in the right place.Coach and his staff are knowledgeable, personable, and refreshingly caring about their clients. Those same tenets of leadership have created a culture of mutual respect that trickles down to the clients, which is exactly whats needed to create a space that encourages and fosters growth and change.Theyve got tons of old school equipment which is great quality and well cared for, plenty of space so people are never on top of each other, and most importantly: everyone is here to work! You wont find people just hanging out, scrolling on their phones endlessly, leaving a mess behind, or just here to take selfies.Over the years Ive been to a LOT of gyms, and none of them even come close. Wherever youre at in your fitness / wellness journey, whether youre just starting out and dont know where to begin, or youve been at it for years and know the ropes, you will be very well taken care of here.I honestly cant say enough about the facility and staff. If youre considering trying it out and are on the fence, I strongly urge you to stop in and see for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

Amazing experience. I wish there were more gyms like this still around. I was in the area for two weeks and the owner “Coach” set me up with a 2 week pass. If you’re looking for a real gym with quality weights and more than enough space, this is the gym for you. Amazing gym! Go! 💪

Great lifting-oriented gym in Northwest CT. Well-equipped with plenty of free weights, cable machines, squat racks, a power rack, Nautilus circuit, cardio machines and more. Friendly owner and staff, as well as good upkeep/cleanliness. Recommended to anyone looking for a well-rounded gym to focus on strength training.

This is a well run old school gym.Great place to work out in peace and quiet. They have areas set up for boxing, weightlifting, and cardio.Its a great all around gym with a long running reputation.

Joined in late 2012, and in less than a month saw the beginnings of a huge transformation.Clean well organized Gym.Great staff that designed a good personal training program at no extra charge.No hassle, no hard sell.Good bunch of regular guys and gals that make you feel like an old friend.110% all the way.Definitely will continue to go there for life!
