These guys are great! Part of a nearly extinct group that provided real customer service!Looked for a long time for the right UTV. Went to several dealers, called even more. Most of everybody else wanted to sell just what they had, didnt care what it was that I wanted. Not these guys. Tim listened to what I wanted, provided valuable product and experience based insight and let me come to my own conclusion - that alone is reason enough to go to these guys but that was only the tip of the iceberg.I ended up ordering what I wanted and Tim sent me near daily updates as to the status: ordered, on a truck, received bill of lading, expecting delivery, received - here are some photos of my guys assembling....Tim went thru the entire RTV with me - pointing out everything I should know. Couple days later he is sending me a note asking how things are going. That is not just customer service protocol, that is genuine caring and securing a life long customer.These guys are not he closest location to me but they are worth the ride. I am very glad to have found them.

Ok people I have been in the market for a tracker for about a year now go back and forth with dealer to dealer. Then I found Ruwet-Sibley I called and spoke to Tim he was so polite asked questions that other dealers didn’t ask me asked what my needs are and what I was looking for. His team and customer survives was 5 star plus . Delivery was just as good driver went though the machine and a way I went. I recently purchased Kubota BX23s and the experience with Ruwet Sibley was hands down, the best experience Ive ever had with a purchase of this size. From the moment I walked in the door, Tim was extremely helpful and patient with explaining all things tractor to a first time buyer looking for a small tractor to keep up a gentlemans farm.I took my time searching for the right tractor and priced out with Tim and one other Kubota dealer out of Springfield. At the end of the day it was my experience working with Tim that resulted in my purchase here. Not once did I feel like I was being given a sales pitch or that Tim was just pushing a sale on an inexperienced tractor buyer. First class experience. I have now purchased two pieces of equipment from Tim and team and would never go elsewhere. Incredibly helpful and responsive buying experience. Tim at Ruwet & Sibley has given me great customer service from day one! When looking for a new tractor and comparing 2 different models he offered and arranged a demo on my property to make my decision. He spent 2 hours with me showing me the machines and answering questions. After the sale he checked on me to see how it was going. He listened to what I loved and a few complaints I had. He made suggestions of how to address the few complaints I had with the machine when it would come in for the 50 hr service.One issue I did have with the machine was a hydraulic leak that I could not find where the source was. I told him I wasn’t worried a out it. They could find it when it came in for the 50 hr service. The next day he called to see if I was home and ask if he could stop by to take a look. Together we found the source and gained access to the fitting and tightened it. That solved that leak. I’ve had the machine for almost a month now and it has 47 hr on it. I love it and the customer service and support I’ve gotten! Thanks Tim, I love the L47!

Having just purchased a Kubota Model BX1880V for my brother, I cannot say enough with regards to the customer service we both experienced. Our salesperson, Tim, went above and beyond from our first initial visit - up until the delivery. Tim answered each and every question (and I had many!) I threw at him with a positive attitude - always adding he was glad to help! Never at any time, was there hounding for a sale. In a time when businesses are driven to increase their profits; dealing with Tim /Ruwet-Sibley was a positive experience. Awesome company! On the ball with every part needed. Service is impeccable and when completed, reviewed as previously discussed and suggested a service plan to keep my equipment running at top end. Over the past few years I have purchased numerous machines from R&S and their understanding, knowledge and time spent to make certain everything was right confirmed they are dedicated and committed specialists. My only complaint is I wish they were closer!

Ive had a few dealings with these people and I am less than impressed. The vibe I get is that if you regularly do business with them or want to make a large purchase they are all over it. But dont want to be bothered with the little guy. Customer service is extremely lacking. Im going to start ordering online or find another shop.

Great to work with. I bought a brand new Kubota tractor with attachments from Tim, did most of the correspondence over email. Everything was easy including financing and delivery.

My experience with Ruwet Sibley was extremely poor, disappointing, and frustrating. They could not guarantee the repairs to my tractor; they never authorized the work they did before they did it; and they kept the tractor for 11 weeks, meanwhile assuring me that it was almost ready to be returned. I believe this experience is commonly referred to as the runaround. The service manager responded promptly and appropriately to a male friend who called on my behalf; after two months of putting me off again and again, after his enquiry, the tractor was returned to me the next day.Dont take your tractor here. If it were possible, I would award Ruwet Sibley zero stars.

Fantastic experience with them. Tim is knowledgable and really knows his product as well as his competitors lines. He will sell you what you need and not try and sell you something you dont. Very friendly and professional with great service. I couldnt be happier with my dealings with them.

I dont understand or believe the bad reviews here. Ive been dealing with these folks for many years and always leave satisfied. Bought a new Kubota tractor here a few years ago and love it- and whenever there is a minor issue its dealt with promptly. Also have bought many Husqvarna machines over the years and the products are great. Tim is a great guy to deal with and Jerry in service runs a top notch repair shop.

On May 16th they picked up my Lawn tractor for a service and repair my motorized bagger. Two days later they told me it needed a new belt. Almost three weeks later they still dont have the belt. No phone calls, I have had to call to check every time. Not sure where this belt is coming from but seems a little ridiculous that it would take this long.Since this all took place, I received a call from Tim, and he had the belt installed and even though when they brought the machine back I still had the same issue, Tim had my machine picked up again and back to me in a couple of days. Cut my lawn last night - no issues. I am feeling better than I was last week.

Had a starting problem with our 12 year old Kubota tractor. I explained the situation in detail with Jerry in Service who was able to diagnose successfully the problem and recommend the solution. I had the new part the next day, installed it in 10 minutes, and all is perfect. This is a good operation with dedicated people.Jeff

Unbelievably poor service. More than 6 hours of labor on my machine and got nowhere. Apparently takes them twice as long as any other dealer to do the same tasks. Run from their straight billing. No hard estimates, claim it would take 6-8 hours to replace wheel motor and hydraulic pump while anyone else will quote 2-4 hours, max. Managers are rude, manager and service manager dont have good technical understanding of equipment. Had me wait for a technician to return while he was on vacation. In their own world. Unreal how bad their service and regard for customer is. Pay as they guess whats wrong. When the issues still not fixed, theyll try to charge for more diagnostics. Dont stand behind work. Read the other reviews. Horrible. Im out $700 and my machine is no better for it.

We bought our Kubota tractor here and we love it. The communication was excellent and they treated us fair. Also we bring it in for regular service and they always do a great job.

Dont go here if you want something fixed in a small amount of time. Dropped a week whacker off in May, still not fixed in July and got yelled at. Terrible customer service.
