Great place to live! They keep the premises clean, and whenever I had a maintenance issue they repaired it right away. Gates remain locked so I always felt safe. My unit was spacious and up to date. Enjoyed the mobile app super easy to use and convenient.

R.E.M.S. is the best rental management company I have ever worked with. They are incredibly responsive and come out immediately to fix any problems I had with my rental. When we moved out, they were incredibly fair in returning our security deposit minus a cleaning fee. They did not overcharge us, inspected the property immediately, and we received the majority of our security deposit back.

Friendly, professional and I never had a problem once. I did a self-guided tour before I moved in and it was very easy. They processed and approved my application very quickly. While doing the lease, they made everything very clear. During the move out inspection, they gave me an opportunity to clean a few spots that I missed. I would highly recommend.

Wow, I honestly cant believe some of the poor reviews Ive just finished reading. My experience has been top of the line with REMS from its inception to the signing of my lease. My first point of contact was the very sweet Doris, who was helpful and kind. She suggested an apartment for me that was affordable and in an area I liked, so I viewed it and fell in love. I applied on a Saturday and was contacted that evening by Joseph via text for additional information, and within 4 days, I was approved for the apartment. After Joseph, I dealt primarily with Yelma, who by the way is the consummate professional, and I was impressed with her interest in helping me get into my new apartment. When we went over the lease, she was thorough and patient and answered every single question I had before I could ask it, lol. These are genuine people, they run a good business, and I cant say enough how pleased I am with my apartment. Its well taken care of and quiet, just the way I hoped it would be. I highly recommend REMS to anyone looking for a new place to live because what you will undoubtedly get is professional service, nice, clean, well taken care of spaces, and a touch of human kindness from all of their team. From the first to the last day that R.E.M.S Inc was managing the property that we were renting they were nothing but the best of the best on the market. Very professional, efficient, friendly, knologeble and caring .Every single person was that way. They always provided even more than we asked for...and thats why are the best. They know how to keep good renters for a long time for steady income and at the same time increase the value of the property for the owners by keeping them in a good and safe condition.

Great property management company. As a tenant they always have taken care our maintenance calls promptly and when I had a major leak they were fast acting with alternatives to help me during reconstruction. Definitely a company for me to look at when I own my own properties.

My experience with them has so far been great. The woman at the front desk (sorry, cant remember her name) greeted me with a smile every time I had to stop by the office. Yelma has been very helpful throughout my application process and made finding a new apartment, which is not easy in LA, less difficult. She personally sat down with me to go over all the details, and always made herself available, even when I was late to my appointment. My experience with management companies have not been the best here, but they have been some of the nicest.

Like someone here said, do we have to give them a star? I applied for a house to this Co. called two days in row until someone picked up the phone, I asked for the house I was applying for, and said that they have already rented it to someone with better credit score than me. I am not buying a house, neither competing with other people. What a Scam, no one call me to tell me that they had already rented it to someone else, neither an email, nothing! on top of it my credit card was charged twice. Dont waist your time and money here!

You need to have good credit & make good money in order to get approved. But yet they have people living in there properties for years with no type of credit history or large income!!

They are SCAMMERS, We applied to a house that we fell in love with. Brought proof of income that goes OVER x3 (closer to x4) the monthly amount of rent they were asking. We asked 1 of 2 agents (Joseph & Yelma) that helped us get scammed, if we needed to have good credit as we had dealt with fraud etc and knew for a fact this would be a problem if indeed excellent credit was something they were looking for. Joseph confirms credit wasnt a factor, they looked for no bankruptcy, no evictions, and proof of atleast x3 the monthly rent was what is important to them. We spoke to Joseph about us not having good credit and we wouldnt apply if that was the problem. Again Joseph reconfirmed it was not a problem. Yelma takes care of us next and we are required to prove every type of income possible, we attach about 40 or more files with month to month pay stubs, w2, pensions, and more. After being tossed around for several weeks Yelma calls us and lets us know our application was rejected because of credit. ARE YOU SERIOUS. My whole family feels ripped off and feels they were trying to find any way to reject us and keep application money, we probably werent the only ones this happened to at this location. R.E.M.S YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF BUSINESS MY FATHER FELT HIGHLY TRICKED AND DISRESPECTED. We have been home owners for over 15 years in a highly demanded area of West Los Angeles and have been approved for renting in West LA but this home in Inglewood has been the hardest and most stressful application.I will be writing this message on every type of review page and social media platform they have linked.After they rejected our application they did not offer any type of help they simply were done, even other companies have told us they would help us find a home to rent that meets requirements.

Called this Company re: a vacancy on Friday Nov. 21, 2014 at 10 am. A woman (who just started there) got on the phone and was pushing this Black Friday Special. Its a scam.She told me Id get first month free if I would wait a week until Friday, Nov. 28, 2014, and put my application in at exactly 9 am.. Otherwise she makes the landlord wait a week for his money and/OR they collect first and last. (BTW: you would have to pay the $30.00/ per adult appl. fee AND get your applic, approved on that same Friday AND also sign the lease on that SAME Friday. Sounds fishy to me and I dont trust it. Seems like you would want to start getting the rent if I were the Landlord. (and get a renter)

False pretenses about rental property applications they tell you that only 1 adult have to have good credit but thats a lie you both have to with no collections they also tell you oh we only looking for eviction, bankruptcy, that is also a lie
