Kim is my manicurist and I am very satisfied with her work. She is very nice and knows her job very well. It took her about 3 visits with me to know what I like but..now I have been coming to her for about 7 months. She does my nails..feet..eyebrows andManicure. I come once a month..Ruth Thomas/CarsonI always book appt. She is punctual and so am I. I always get a design hands/feet so she knows exactly what I want.

Rushing and not paying attention to my whole foot not just the parts that touch the ground. Manicure was not soaked long and didnt clean under nails.

Clean and quick but good service. Got a manicure and a pedicure. My nails on my hands were messed up and they made them look really nice.

I stopped going to Golden Nails . . . . but I couldnt remember why? One day before my vacation my new place Hot Nails had a wait list of one hour. I decided to go back to Golden Nails. Now I remember . . . . they dont use cuticle remover, nor do they place any type of treatment to the spa water. The oldest sister who is the owner did my new full acrylic set. My nails looked like stubs on a manikin, she never once asked if I liked them. walked away. I was so upset with myself for waiting until the last minute I paid and ran out. Oh and at one point the owner wanted to charge me 2.00 for testing a color. Clearly they nickle and dime their clients. I brought my own polish, they dont use cuticle remover said it wasnt necessary? How much cheaper can they be. Golden? obviously they do not know the definition of Golden.

I have really grown to like this place again! I have pretty much been coming here since i was about 14 yrs old. Everyone of the ladies here are nice and they do a really good job! The only thing is the wait sometimes. They get so busy but thats also how you know they are a good place to go!

Went to get my nails done and the lady says 10 min. They had me waiting 20 min before they offered me a spa chair. They didnt fill the water so my feet could soak. They kept telling me 10 min. I finally just left and went to Lovely Nails. They are professional and courteous at Lovely Nails.

Im normally come here and Im an easy customer, I only get pedicures maybe once a month... but when I do I expect warm water and for my feet to soak a bit, it makes my cuticles easy to remove. I also want toe nails cut and filed and smoothed over for a nice finished polished look. I didnt get that this time. It was the complete opposite. It was awful. I think this is my last time Ill be coming here. 🙁

Tracy, helped me out today, went wonderful, even thow im specific. Yesterday I went to kool nail on Carson st. Next to Mymero1 And I was rejected on how I wanted my nails!!!So I told them i can take my money somewhere else! So I came over to Golden Nails today🤗

Horrible. Manicurist cut the sides of my finger while I was getting a fill. Mini but painful cuts on 4 of my fingers. Asked for a refund and was only given back 10 percent of what I paid. Unacceptable. Never going back here ever again.
