Theres old machines but work fine. The attendant went out of her way to help us find a place to have dinner. Shes an awesome asset to your establishment

Since the change of ownership, I guess it was expected to see an improvement (and looks like a revamped laundry/delivery service) which expected to result in a price hike.Looks cleaner, but technically there isn’t much of improvement in terms of machines themselves. I’ve been coming here even way before the ownership change. I noticed today that they now have even installed bright LED lights around the windows outside. What for? I’m sure somebody has to pay for it right?Now they charge $2 per load and even 25 cents for the restroom use. I remember the gentleman (not the owner, because I saw the owners when they took over) opening the door for free soon after the change of ownership. Yes, free. They could just keep the door locked like that and have the gentleman who doesn’t do anything in any given moment open the door for customers who ask for it. And yet they want to charge people. To do what? To keep the restroom barely used? Guess less cleaning for them.Maybe you don’t mind paying all of that. Not me. Of course, I have no doubt that the place will be just fine. They’re just not getting my money.

Half the washers dont work, clothes never completely dry. Lady who works here washes all her clothes and blocks the aisle so nobody passes by

Place was clean and machines were working with no strange smells. 7-11 is closed nest to it but there is a coffee/restaurant next door.

Clean, quiet, not too packed and the most ive seen there has been 2 or 3 people max. The lady who tends the place is very nice and well mannered. Not too outrageously expensive either, Great little place

A lot of the machines are broken and do not have a sign letting customers know. I lost a total of $7 in 2 machines no one was there so it was nothing I could do. Two numbers are listed inside of the building I called both multiple times and left voice mails for assistance and no one returned my call.

This place can crowd up but there are enough machines. Come early to avoid any rush.

Old machines and not clean ! There is no sink even to wash your hands from the chemicals . There are better places to go

Ive been going here for quite some time but after tonihto I will never go again. While iwas there the girl who was working there put up a handwritten sign over the sign in the window stating the hours they are open. Her sign read Last wash 9:30 close at 10:30. As I said Ive been going here for quite some time and they have always been opened till 11 just like the sign said when I got there. When I finally read her sign it was about 10: 15 and my clothes were still in the washing machine. I got my clothes out and put them in the dryer as soon as they were done washing. After they were in the dryer for about 5 minutes the girl came up to me and said were closing and Im getting ready to leave. I said well youre open till 11 and she said no were open till 10: 30 I said no you put that sign up after I was already here and I guess you wanted to leave early but Im not leaving till my clothes are dry. She huffed and puff around making nasty comments the whole time I was waiting for my clothes. When my clothes were finally dry and I was folding them she came up and stood next to me with her hands on her hips tapping her foot telling me I needed to leave. I told her I was moving as fast as I could and I was almost done. She proceeded to stand there making rude little comments so I asked her what was her name and the owners name. She told me the phone number was on the front window I could get it and call them. I said I didnt ask for the number I asked for the name she said well call them and youll find out. she then told me that the alarm was going to start going off if I didnt leave because she already set it, the whole time she was nasty, rude and obnoxious. when I was finally done and laughed I went to write down the phone number that I was told was on the window only to find out there was no phone number on the window and she had taken down her little handwritten sign that said they close at 10:30. the owner will be hearing from me tomorrow morning and I dont think theyll like what I have to say.

Terrible! The people that work there on weekdays lie to the customers so they can leave early. I showed up to wash clothes at 9, since the establishment closes at 11. A woman stops me before entering and says the last wash is at 8:30. When I come next week, I see a sign that clearly says: last wash is at 9:30! Then, the next time I’m there, I’m drying clothes and it’s 10:35. I’m waiting for my clothes, as they have 10 min left, and the same woman from last time informs me that customers aren’t allowed there after 10:30, when the hours posted outside clearly say the laundromat closes at 11pm. The change in ownership has caused this pace to go downhill.

This place is only ok if you dont feel like driving to a good place. The water in the machines is so low that it does not clean your clothes. Half of the dryers are broken and the dog/cat hair is still left behind from the previous user. YUK

Customer service here is bad, I lost money in the change machine, mentioned it to a lady that works there and nothing was done about it,not even an attempt to see if she could get my money back.Didnt make a big deal about it, I just wont never go back there.
