A couple dryer machines were giving me issues but overall cleanliness and space is great. They have a lot of parking and the lady that works there helps A LOT and is nice. Lots of stuff around if you need to run an errand while waiting for your loads.

This place is clean,well maintained. You can wash your own laundry,or drop off your clothes to be laundered.

This place forces you to do wash there before you can use a dryer. Customer service was poor as the male working there seemed he didnt want my business as I was willing to pay for a wash just to dry. He didnt accept.

Yeah I took a ride up to for very convenient place with Okay good working dryers. The if you need me people that run it or kind of in-your-face but at least theres people there if you need help James for a couple days

Place was clean. All machines seemed functional. There was a girl there to help and she was always cleaning the place.

Two stars is for the location, parking (which is plentiful) and the hot dryers.Otherwise I would have given it one star.You would think these people would keep the machines cleaned and free of DNA. But I had to clean the machines before I used them, myself!Its just unhygienic and lazy.They need to DO BETTER.

The staff here is extremely rude! They give you a hard time when you ask for a quarters to do your laundry!! Question how many loads youre doing???? WTH!!! As well as stop you from doing laundry at 7:15pm... when the posted notice indicates last wash is at 7: 30pm. They not only lie and say the washers stop functioning at at 7:15 p.m. lol knowing good and well that these washers are old and do not have that capability or technology built in them! Lol ....SMH!!!This is the last time I will support this local business! Rude rude rude!!!

The dark hair women with bun on the head works there is extremely lazy, we got there one hour 50mins bef closing, she already closed the place, wont let in. What a BS, horrible person, maybe she doesnt know how to read clock, just drove the customer away. Plus complaints about homeless inside snatching laundry if you dont collect in dryer right away. Luckily found another place at Redondo much newer and cleaner.

Worst customer service. Stop by to wash and the Asian guy lied that there was no change then said there was but only gave to people that were customers. When I specifically asked if there were coins to wash.

First time here and tenant denied me The bathroom said it was out of service Im Diabetic she open the bathroom to a lady in front of me this is very sadAs I did my Laundry a transient homeless man dirty came in and sat at the massage chair she told him to leave I to her to disinfect she totally ignored cleaningWont come back here

I usually like going here but the employee here is horrible. The female with black hair and heavy black eye makeup. When I had problems with multiple dryers and I addressed this with her, she was extremely rude. There was even one time she didnt look at me and instead she continued to look on her phone. Safe to say that Im never coming back here.

I called for 5 DAYS and NOBODY ANSWER THE PHONE!! how you can make business if you dont answer your business phone!???

Great laundry mat

Just left and will not coming back here. Cant stand to see folks treated differently because of the color of their skin. People of ALL colors pay the same amount of money to wash and dry their clothes. They should be treated as such. Saw different folks being eyed. Also, like another reviewer mentioned, clothes did not come out clean from the top loaders.

Clean and good machines with reasonable price.

After having to deal with the bad condition at the torrance laundry center, I found fluff and fold just a mile away. They are open at 7 in the morning and when I entered there was no wait and problem finding washing machines to use. The place is clean well lit and parking in the morning is no problem. How it is during the later hours maybe a problem since the center it is in has many more businesses. Any lack of parking is not the fault of the Fluff and Fold. Since I did not see or speak to any of the employees I can not say anything good or bad on that subject. I will now consider this the place to get my laundry done. The also other benefit, if you need to any food shopping. There is a smart and final right across the street.

Reasonably priced always machines opening available always busy but still have room to fold your laundry.

I have never had to wait for washing machines or dryers. Top loaders cost $1.50/load and dryers are $0.25/10 min of time. I have had dryers that appear to be working but are incapable of getting hot and effectively drying clothes.Change machines allow for up to twenty dollar bills to be changed for quarters.

Coin change machine gave me a nickel in the mix of quarters. The staff refused to exchange it for me because he didn’t see it happened.

They have broken equipment they refuse to fix or post out of order signs on.I was transferring my clothes from the washer to the dryer and noticed the dryer door will not latch.I pointed out the problem as I transferred my stuff to another dryer.The Latino lady working there refused to place an out of order sign on the dryer to replace the broken latch.I was told dont worry the cloths wont fall out with the door open.However how is the dryer going to get warm if the door wont close?Do I just keep feeding it quarters for more time.OMG I dont t know if the issue is that they are clueless how to run a business or just cheep greedy immigrants or both but wow!Possibly they just have a lazy worker because I seriously doubt that woman was the owner.
