I found this Agency through Zip Recruiter but the help i got from them to find a job was amazing. Shaira was the agent that helped me. As soon as I applied I was contacted within 5 minutes. They requested a best time & date to interview with me and get to know, Shaira was very accommodating since I was still employed just looking for another job, she asked me what I wanted, didn’t want, my expectations and goals for a future job and also based on my skills, she was able to pair me with a company within a week. She arranged for an interview and then the follow up interview and followed through until i received an offer letter and handled everything up until i did my drug screening and background. She was the middle person and made everything so much easier for me. The whole process was great and Shaira was great.

My experience working with Shaira and the express staff is excellent they try to keep you working as much and as soon as possible although experience and resumes sometimes do come into play when things are going slow due to it being temp. I own a decorative concrete and natural stone polishing company. I needed two people to help install a urethane polymer concrete floor I was installing at a sandwich shop in Redondo Beach. Larrys staff quickly found two people who were great. They arrived to work on time everyday including arriving at 5am the morning of the install. I used the workers from the beginning of the project when we removed the old flooring. To the final installation of the LA County Health Dept. approved floor. Larry has a lot of resources to help you when you need to meet overload work.

Company only gave me 48 hours out of four pay periods. They have the worst contracts in the South Bay Area. Also takes up to 30 days to send you to a job.
