Ive had the opportunity to work closely with USSI for many years now. Great company with lots of friendly people.

Being employed by USSI over the past couple of years, I have seen growth in this company. Working for USSI means you are a part of a family who wants to see you professionally and personally succeed. With Logan as our captain, I know there are more wonderful things on our horizon.

This company is very unprofessional. A little over a year ago they offered me a position that I was considering moving across the country for. The offer was sent my way in the morning... literally 5 hours later they follow up retracting the offer saying they found someone local. I never in my life have heard of retracting an offer with in 5 hours for no constructive reasoning. It for sure was the best thing that could happen because I could not imagine working for a company that has no integrity. I copied their CEO in the email that was sent from David so he can see the unprofessional behavior of his team. He had no care to even email me back, which I expected.

They have no integrity. They refused to pay me for 4 weeks forcing me to file a complaint with the Labor Commissioner. The entire time I wasnt being paid I continued to honor my contract and did not miss a single shift. As soon as my contract ended they started freezing me out. Its been over 2 weeks and not even a phone interview and not they are not even taking my calls. Not exactly what I would classify as being honest and having integrity.

I have been a traveling contract RN for over 10 years and have worked for several (large scale) companys. Beyond a doubt USSI and my recruiter Dustin Simms have been phenomenal in their care and commitment to me as an employee. I would highly recommend this company to help you find a great job and stay extra happy in your career.

Paula Harrington is always there whenever I need her and if she cant personally help me with my issues, she makes sure to get me someone who can.

Location makes me give it a 4/5, but the company is top class.
