Had a very good experience at this dental office, All dentists are very kind and explained everything in detail about my treatment. They were very gentle with their work, and staff is extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dentist!

Two different experiences here. The general dentistry side is nice and efficient. Very pleased with service...until we started orthodontics. My child needed braces as expected and when she was evaluated the Orthodontist didn’t explain anything just listed off issues and left. We had to snap a pic of assistants note sheet. After waiting for impressions ext, 4 months later they installed full mouth with bite plate all at the same time with NO warning of what to expect after. Like impared speech and not being able to chew fully because back teeth now don’t touch due to bite plate. Later when asked questions he was defensive, evasive and insulting because I wanted more information and was trying to help my child. I am not a dentist or orthodontist, and I ask a lot of questions (that’s just me) so when the Ortho says “what do you want from me, I’m not a magician, you know that just defeats the purpose” when asked how long or what other options are there!

Save time and money and dont go here. Dentists and dental assistants are great but whoever handles there billing is not organized or up to date with insurance and coding. Unless you are knowledgeable about costs and pricing of procedures and match it up with theres. I had to correct all there billing and codes, and when I did the lady who handles billing was rude ever since. Payed in full for root canal and she refused to have the dentist put on a crown for 60$ that magically became owed out of no where. Theres something fraudulent about there billing.Youll also spend hours waiting in the dental chair. Scheduling is a complete mess.

Hands down I have worked with many Dentist and by far Dr Fong is the best I no longer work there found something closer to home and even then my new dr doesn’t top Dr Fong he really cares about the patient and does what people need and I feel like he’s not in it for the money as it should be the staff is wonderful Oralia Patty and Rosa are amazing I would recommend Dr Fong to everyone he does amazing quality work take it form a person who’s worked in the field for almost 10 years.

Theres probably nothing more terrifying for me than having to go to the dentist, so I couldnt be more thankful to have found Dr Fong and the team at Lomita-Torrance Dental. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. Dr Fong even fit me in for an emergency during the COVID19 shut down. I recently had a cleaning and hygienist Jose literally had me laughing! I completely forgot to white knuckle grip the chair arms! And my teeth look and feel better than ever! The reception staff is super nice and personable, and have always gone out of their way to accommodate my not so easy to accommodate schedule. Thank you Dr Fong and Lomita-Torrance Dental staff! You guys are the best!

Dr. Smith and his dental staff are very supportive and skilled. I have had a lot of work done over the years. Each procedure was handled with care and concern for my well being. I highly recommend this dentist for your dental needs.

After reading some positive reviews online I decided to give this office a try!I am glad I did and was extremely happy with my visit.Where the office was clean, the staff were professional, courteous, and thorough!Additionally, my dentist treated me with respect, attentiveness, and patience when I asked quite a few questions/expressed concerns with complete, unrushed answers. I appreciate that as it isnt as common nowadays to feel respected as a person/patient more than a profit by most doctors nowadays.Oh yeah! They also stay on time with their scheduling which is also rare for many doctors office and I appreciate them being on time and respecting my schedule for the day!Where I dont think many people enjoy going to the dentist, I was actually in a good mood after leaving since there were such good vibes in the office. Thumbs up to a good staff!

This place is terrible. Feels like youre in an assembly line. The front desk staff are descent and one of the ladies there is really nice. Other than that from there on out its trashy. The rad-tech looks and is sloppy. The office is dirty, and the rest of the staff really just makes you feel like youre a number. The dentist was in a rush to get out and move on to the next person. For it being my first time i really thought thwy would take their time with me and talk to me but all they really got accomplished was another insurance to bill. Wouldnt go back if my teeth were falling out.

Heavy sale tactics; likened to a car sales. Dont sign anything. 2. Review all procedures with your insurance first. 3. DISCUSS all other alternatives. 4. Walk out and find another dental office. (Theres at least 4 dental offices in that 2 blocks radius on crenshaw.)

Doctor Gordon Fong is our family’s dentist for more then 10 years. We were visited some doctors before. But nobody can compare with him. He is the most professional and knowledgable doctor in dentistry. I would recommend him to everyone. He is the best. Also, I would like to point to Lomita Torrance Dental Office staff...
