Had my PC built here in 2018. Then the CPU cooler failed, so they installed the one I bought and did multiple diagnostics before calling me to make sure it was working. Only charged me for the initial diagnosis as well. Insanely happy withy service.

TONY was awesome! Hes an honest guy who took the time to expalin what was wrong, or in my case, what wasnt wrong with my HP Laptop. I made the mistake of first taking my laptop to the big box stores Nerd Squad and got the run around for the last two months. I took it to PC Parlor and met w/ TONY and Bam! I brought my gaming pc because it was having trouble loading and when I walked inside everyone was very nice, Ivan built my computer he provided great service also tony the owner provided great customer service and was also very friendly. The lady that works there was very friendly and offered us water while waiting for the pc to be fixed. I highly recommend for people to come here. If I could put 10 stars I would.

PC Parlor is the best computer repair shop I have ever been to. I called the other day because my 2014 Macbook Pro i7 out of nowhere wouldn’t boot up. My Macbook is my life with everything on it and of course... I didn’t have a backup. After freaking out and thinking that my world had ended as I know it, I called PC Parlor and they told me to come on over. From the time I got there the entire experience was exceptional. There were no sales tactics only help, support, and clear communication. Tony explained right off the bat that he thought it was a hard drive issue and said that he is going to do everything that he can do to save my files. 2 sleepless nights later I had my Macbook back working like new with all my files. This is an excellent place to take your computer there to be fixed. Everyone is very nice and friendly and they do a great job on fixing computers. Very fast service, they fixed my keyboard in 3-4 days. Alli did an outstanding job fixing my laptop keyboard and replacing it with a new one. I really recommend this place. Also, I am very satisfied with their service and their prices are cheaper than anywhere else.

PC Parlor is the best. Tony and Eric have both worked on my computers which were hacked into. They did an awesome job saving all my information and scrubbing my computers clean and resetting everything up. The cost was very reasonable for everything that was done. Best PC Repair Ive used. I was working on my 5 year old high end PC when it stopped booting. After trying to get it up for 1/2 day decided to have someone who does this for a living fix it. I have been a customer of Tonys tech shop for probably more than 20 years, both for my personal needs and the more complex computer and network issues concerning my small company. Thus I should really have posted this review a long time ago, but ok ... better later than never. In essential summary, here is what I have to say. Tony and all his employees are competent, friendly, effective, and honest. As somebody else has said in one of the reviews, I too wish that everybody I have to deal with business-wise were treating their customers the same way these people do.

I seldom write reviews but Tonys PC Parlor deserves a big shout out for the great job theyve been doing for me. Im a long time customer that recently had computer issues with Windows 10, ugh! These guys were quite knowledgeable on this and able to fix my issues quickly. They always have my (not there) best interests in mind and prices more than reasonable. I wish every company I dealt with had Tonys standards of doing business.

What a great experience to deal with experts who bill fairly! After years of dealing with alleged IT Experts, its wonderful to find this excellent company who is professional and can actually get the job done in a timely fashion. I like the excellent service, there are people who speaks Spanish and English, and they are good repairing MAC and PC computer.

At the counter diagnosed the problem with my MacPro and clearly explained what my options were. Was back up and running on my backup the day the part arrived in the shop 3 days later. Friendly, competent sevice you dont mind paying for.
