Alternator failed and they were able to take in my car the same day. Parts were ordered and services were performed quickly. Gave updates on the status of my car throughout the day and was able to pick it up the next day. Excellent service. A+

I searched for a fair price to fix the broken electric power steering unit in a 2012 Hyundai. First I went to Pep Boys and they wanted $2,000 because they wanted to use a NEW power steering unit. But I wanted someone to fix my broken unit. Then I found Toy Shop and over the phone they understood what I was saying and they had experience with the repair on other Hyundais. The price was $243 and they did it in 3 hours. So there you go. Super deal and good timing. Very happy with The Toy Shop.

This is now my go-to mechanic garage in my area. Until I found this place, I was usually going up to a place in Sherman Oaks for anything more than an oil change. But in early 2020 I had an issue with my wheel bearings that put my car out of commission near my house. So I had AAA tow it to the Toy Shop, based on the reviews I read. Long story short, I’ve been to see them a few times since. Always quality work at a fare price. No BS.

Haz is an ace Toyota mechanic that has a sense of style and pride with his work. The rates were super fair and I was shocked how quickly he reverse engineered and solved the puzzle I brought him. I literally showed up with 5 boxes of aftermarket parts I had pieced together. He not only figured out how to install an dual battery system and run the monitor to the dash, but also routed the auxiliary cable to the trunk for an additional outlet. All in about 4 hours—would have taken me 2 weeks. So thrilled to be wired tight for the sequoias trip—definitely coming back here for all my 4Runner needs. 🤙

I came to Toy Shop for an oil change. They’re so nice and thorough. Jeremiah is really nice and took care of my car. I waited in the lobby of the office while they worked on it. It’s very clean and while the shop is near other shops, it’s surprisingly pretty quiet. I was able to read on my phone without any loud interruptions. I’ll be coming here for my oil changes from now on.

Great, honest service shop that Ive been going to for 15+ years. Jeremiah services 5+ family cars and ALWAYS does a great job. Recently my sons check engine light came on and we dropped it off to get it checked out, an hour later we got a call that my son didnt securely close the gas cap which caused the check engine light to illuminate. Jeremiah ran the diagnostics test, spending his time and then didnt charge us a dime. You will not find a more honest shop in the South Bay!!!

I brought my Prius into the Toy Shop for its 60K mile check-up. Jeremiah is always very fair and honest so it was no surprise that he informed me he did not do the tire rotation that was called for because my card did not need it at this time. It can be a little tough to find because its labeled as Toyota repair from the street but youll find it tucked behind the jiffy lube. They have worked on my car my wifes car and a friend from work who also has a Toyota. We have saved thousands compared to the dealership on repairs and maintenance. They get parts fast and have never screwed anything up for any of us. I highly recommend them. Also if you set an appointment they will work on Saturday.

After spending 3600.00 to fix my motor its been back 3x in a 2 wk period I dont recommend the toy shop a yr later and I had to have another mechanic fix what the toy shop failed to complete had to have my valves adjusted correctly.. the toy shop sucks.. buyer beware..

Ive been coming to The Toy Shop for YEARS.Eric and the guys at the shop are the ONLY trustworthy mechanics around. They provide great service, amazing prices, and always complete jobs quickly for me.They dont pressure you into doing unnecessary work like other mechanics, and theyre always more than happy to diagnose problems on my cars.They are the only people who worked on my Avalon (RIP), my dads Highlander (RIP), my brothers Avalon (RIP), and the only shop we still take my mothers Lexus to. Even though they specialize in Toyotas, Eric and his team are the only guys I trust to work on any of my cars.
