The staff was attentive. Since this was my first time they made me feel comfortable. They acknowledged me right away and knew I had an appointment by my name. The waiting room was supplied with refrigerated bottled water snd room was neat. When my car was finished they explained what was done and why.

These guys are great. I purchased tires from them 2 years ago and remember how seamless the process was. Great pricing and overall service. Today, I popped in because I have been having an issue with one of my tires and was greeted immediately by the Manager, Jeff who had my car pulled in and checked out in seconds. My tire was ultimately repaired, free of charge and I was on my way in about 20 minutes. With two kiddos, I couldn’t ask for anything more. Friendly, reputable and all around great service!

In a pinch and short notice, Just Tire’s in Torrance was free and available to patch a hole on my car tire’s outer wall. Torrey answered the original call and said to come on through as quickly as I cold and they would take care of me. Thankfully timing worked out well and the tire was patched and I was on the road within twenty minutes. I have a 2001 Ford Expedition. Recently had to purchase a new set of tires. I went online Friday to make an on line appointment. Was able to get in the next day. A very nice gentleman met me at my car and took my information. Once inside, I met another gentleman named Torrey. The prices are very reasonable and was I able to wait in a nice air conditioned waiting area and they offered cold bottled water. Everyone had masks on and was social distancing. I felt very safe. If you need tires or work done this place is great and definitely recommend. Very professional.

Lets see: first, they would not give me a same day appointment because what if someone shows up without one and I get to cut the line just because I asked for an appointment? Seriously, I was told that. Then, I had to drive four days with a leak in my tire because it took them that long to get the tire there. And lastly, which was the las straw, they left my car keys inside the car which was parked outside with the windows rolled down. And after all of this, the manager calls me to know what OTHER complains do I have.

Jeff helped us today and he was one of the most kind workers I’ve ever met ever! He was patient, informed, and offered amazing customer service. I will definitely be coming back here! They had our car fixed very quickly. Great service!

Had a great experience with Torrey and John at Just Tires today. Torrey was ESPECIALLY HELPFUL. Popping a tire always adds to the stress of ones day. To complicate that stress I was not initially able to find my rim key. Torrey immediately called me when he realized this, with a solution!!Torrey went above and beyond and ran over to Pep Boys and grabbed a tool to get the rim off. When that option failed due to the rim model, Torrey helped me go through my entire trunk (lots of clutter) to find the rim key.Torrey completely embodies what it means to be solution focused and customer driven. He was without a doubt the highlight of my day. I was really surprised when I saw such bad reviews because I have always had amazing experiences at this location. I used to go to the Pep Boys just next door and they were always busy so I found this location and I was pleasantly surprised with the service. Torrey, Trent and Jeff all hold great conversations and relates to the customers to make you feel comfortable. They completed all four strut on my vehicle and I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with them and know they are making honest decisions about the maintenance of my car. Stopped here for a repair..the tech was so honest about what can be repaired he suggested local shops that may. I would buy tires here any day without feeling like I am being ripped off. And very friendly staff here as well

Staff at the Torrance location on Sepulveda were attentive and efficient. Within minutes, I knew what the problem was and they offered a reasonably-priced solution for a teacher on a budget. The professional, young man running the front desk communicated all of this to me in a safe environment (masks, hand sanitizer, sanitized equipment, etc.) which I find extremely important especially right now. Went to get my tire changed. The front desk advisor Torrey was very helpful and notified me of my other tire balding as well. Was in and out of the shop in under 15 minutes for both tires! Highly recommend!

Whats not to like about JustTires in Torrance? My favorite tire store is located at 3136 Sepulveda Boulevard, Torrance, CA 90505. Everyone is awesome. I have had crazy situations at the most awkward times and they have always come through. Blowout late Saturday night? Tow the car to their parking lot and they will repair it Sunday morning. Tire pressure sensor on? Drop in for a free checkup and get some air. Need a flat repaired? No problem. Be sure to buy their tire road hazzard protection. I cant believe some customers turn it down when purchasing new tires. I bring every car from my family to this location and recommend them 100%!

Amazing experience!!! Torrey is extremely helpful, came in 15 mins before closing because my tire was completely flat and I wouldn’t have made it home driving. They did an amazing job!

Visited JUST TIRES today and Jeff and his staff we’re excellent. They’re customer service was exceptional, they even did me the favor of inspecting my axles and shocks while they were doing the alinement and did a great job of explaining future maintenance that my Jeep will need. So we got a flat tire on a cvs parking lot so we drive directly to just tires Torrance we got here 5:50 pm w a completely flat tire and the African American guy at the office refuse service bcs the 3 guys in the store couldn’t fix a flat tire in 10 min Very disappointed ☹️

I purchased the tires from them back in 2015 and paid for the warranty. The warranty covers 3 years so every time I get flat tires Im not hassled. Great service!

My tire pressure light had been on for two days, so today I decided to come in and have them do an inspection. Turns out I had a nail stuck in the tire and they were able to patch it up. Just Tires is my go- to place when I need my tire(s) fixed. Theyre friendly and professional!

We needed to have all 4 of our tires replaced before a last minute trip up north and these guys really delivered! They were the only shop open who ALSO had the size tires I needed (a non typical size) in stock on a Sunday at 2pm. Sure, it took a couple hours but my family was able to be safe on the long distance trip.Jeff was super easy going and made sure it was all done well. Thanks guys!

Nice people fast service when you have an appointment

Trent is the man. He has done great work each time Ive met with him. Fortunately, Ive come to learn to only deal with Trent when he is there. Super responsive, great customer service and never fails. The two younger techs are also very helpful! I didnt catch their names but they were quick, efficient and very nice.

This is my go to spot whenever I need new tires. Armand is the service advisor that usually helps me out and he is awesome! He is always super professional, courteous, and explains everything thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable and always leaves me confident that they took care of me and my car!

Just went in to get a tire repair as the dealership told us we had a nail & it would need it replaced. They were great! Pulled the nail out & when he saw it was short just tested it & found no leak. No charge! Wonderful customer service. Well be back!

I really appreciate that this place is one of the few tire places that is open on Sunday. The staff was very helpful with my flat tire. They took time out to find what was wrong with the tire. It turned out to be irreparable and they explained it to me why and I appreciated the time they took to tell me. But, it was a busy place. Five people were already in line on a Sunday morning!

I don’t remember exactly what time I came in for 2 new tires but it was very last minute and pretty close to closing time. They took us in and said “no problem we’ll get you out of here by closing.” I think they stayed a bit over but damn that is genuine good service. I was surprised they even took us in.

Went to dismount some tires and asked them to mount some barely used tires I brought with me. They refused the work because the tires were “used”. That’s BS.

Hooked me up with buy 3 get one tire free. Also wanted alignment done because car was pulling to left when in free way. When they put on alignment rack they said everything looked good and the issue must have been from my really worn out tires and also the fact that I had three different tread tires on my car. They could have easily charged me for the alignment but didnt. Thanks again

Great service and honest

I called to get a quote on my tires and the representative rudely asked if I had the size. I told him I didn’t, but could give him other information such as the make, model, and year. He rudely replied “I need a size.” I asked if his system was capable of researching sizes as other tires shops were that I called prior. He sarcastically responded “Nope, sorry call me back when you get a size.” In light of such terrible pre-service (as I hadn’t even spent any money with the company yet, but just imagine what I would have endured had I obtained the size and attempted to continue business with this company) I gave a stale “oh ok, thank you”and still he proceeded to be rude with elongated “uh-huh”. Wow just wow, it’s ok to be pleasant and kind to one another, believe me it’s ok.

Sunday before 5 pm I called and spoke to a guy named Jeff, I asked if they have the tire I need and he says I have two so my wife and I drove over from San Pedro (about 5 miles) luckily the flat tire is a run-on-flat tire, got there 5:22pm (I checked the time) my wife notices a Pep Boys next to Just Tires and goes out to ask and do a price comparison. This Jeff guy sees my wife walking over to pep boys, she comes back and tells me they dont have any so I pulled in so Just Tires do the job when Jeff comes over and says Im late and they cant do it anymore cause theyre about to close (remember its 5:22). Drove to the next closes Just Tires on Dominguez Ave in Carson and what a difference, Bryan is such a professional, he took care of us at 5:50.

Definitely go here!Trent and the guys there went over and above what I would have hoped for!As a woman, it is hard to know who to trust in the way of car repairs…they were more concerned about helping me (my car needed 2 quarts of oil on a Saturday at 6:30pm!) then the money. Totally made me feel comfortable despite my lack of knowledge and I would definitely come back here for my cars needs….

Went there for an oil change. They seemed to be busier than usual and decided to offer me a free oil change due to the delay. Also one of the managers was polite enough to fully inspect my car and give me some great advice on what should be changed. Loved my experience, thank you!

Ive been coming here for services well over a year and the staff is helpful and hard working. Ive seen some costumers get upset when Im there but thats usually because they hate waiting or just being uninformed about policy and cars in general. Over the years of taking my cars to shops Ive learned to make appointments so my spot is guaranteed. On weekends theres a longer wait because the manager and some of the techs are off. They have cold water and cofee on site. Over all good experience.

Been to the Torrance location on Sepulveda and Ive never had a problem. Quality tires and good service.

Call ahead of time and ask for an appointment for alignment. He said its the weekend and we do not take appointments. He then tells me there is a little wait and I informed him I am coming in. I get here 15 minutes later and they tell me its going to be a few hours. They have two alignment machines and both are not being used. Only two guys working. Just tell your customers how its going to be, rather then lead them on. I would have been happy to one back later this week and now I am going to your competition

Simple nail tire repair with over an hour before closing. Unable to provide service.

This place is the worst, waited in line just to get my tire checked for 20 mins and it was a light day only one guy they were helping. When they were done with him they took their time to get to me and none of the other workers bothered to help. To top it off, the place is a hole in the wall, very dirty, unorganized, and looks as if a bunch of lazy college drop out stoners decided to try and make a store. Avoid this place at all cost and only come here if this is your very last resort and your desperate.

This place is amazing, there service is so great, and good prices, just fixed my flat tire for 21😊

Called in for a tire patch about 40 minutes from closing. Was concerned that it would be closed. Person on the phone said theyd take care of me. Drove 20 minutes to get there to be turned away. Never again, thanks!
