Neal Bracewell should get a few more stars! I switched our insurance for our cars and home and went with Neal Bracewell with State Farm after researching a few other options. He is honest, responsive and has VERY competitive rates. He picks up the phone to answer questions and takes the time to follow up when needed. I am extremely happy with his service and rates and highly recommend him.

Melanie has been SUPER helpful throughout the entire process. Based on our budget, she helps us to find the most suitable insurance to cover what we need. My husband and I are very grateful for the State Farm team at Neal Bracewell. The previous insurance company we were with suddenly denied us our homeowners insurance, and the agent who represented them was very unhelpful. Previous to Neal taking on my account, the assistant (sorry I dont know the correct title) would have to call me every year to make sure I stayed on track with paying my insurance. Once Neals assistant caught on to my delinquent nature, they have made sure that Im never late with my payments. I also appreciate all that they have done to help me move forward with my claim regarding a fire at my house.

Neal Bracewells office is horrible!! No customer service and letting things fall through the cracks by his agents and him. Im very dissatisfied!!! I wanted to give no stars, but I was forced to give at least one. Why??? Before Neal Bracewell took over this office it was the best State Farm ever with customer service. Ive been with State Farm for many years, and I could always rest assured that I would be taken care of by the former owner. I always got a call when something went wrong with my account or I needed to submit odometer readings. This office was a on top of everything and customer service was excellent. Not only would I get an email but a phone call from Griselda Gonzales to make sure things got taken care of immediately. She was awesome, and I miss her!!! Things ran smoothly UNTIL Neal Bracewell took over this State Farm office. I dont feel like Im being taken care of at all having to call them monthly and sometimes weekly just to make sure they took care of what I asked them to do only to find out they didnt. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!

Neals office is terrible!!! there were 3 different instances where I asked them to correct my address// other personal information and they neglected to do so, and when they did change it it was the wrong information. this was after speaking on the phone with 2 people in the office and Neal him self. I eventually ended up filing a complaint with state farm and having corporate fix it. I asked to move from Neals office immediately!! Apparently he was just my interim agent until statefarm assigned me to a more permanent agent.
