Twice I hit a drainpipe right outside my garage that left white paint on the right rear side above the tire. I brought the car (Tesla red model 3) to Concours. Doug and one of his guys were completely successful in removing the white paint and touching up the red paint in a little area. I am very happy with their work. I was so depressed about my parking errors and appreciate their kindness to me during my visit. Below are photos (shadows from my garage).

I wish I could give 4.5 stars. The paint and the interior look great! They made me like my car again, and they got the ugly stain out of the drivers seat. But I wish the little details were taken care of better. Like moving the drivers seat back to where it was, putting my phone mount back on the dash, and readjusting the mirrors to their previous location. I prefer service shops and detailers to be imperceptible that way. I will continue to go back to them though.

Doug and the team did an incredible job on my new Tesla model 3. I brought it in for ceramic window tint. I liked working with Doug since he explains everything to you but isnt pushy with selling any certain product. Additionally, he makes sure the job on your job is perfect. When applying the film to the front windshield, they had to scrap 2 pieces because of small flaws (the model 3 has very large and curvy windshields which makes applying film in a single piece very difficult). Doug had it redone until it was perfect. Pics below: IR45 on sides and back and IR75 (basically clear) on front.

You can always tell when they are cleaning the vehicle they are assigned as a crew member....because they go into another mode of detailed cleaning. It’s their vehicle; they live, fight, and die on it. They want it clean.As I watched the staff clean my car, it was eerily similar. They treated it like it was their car and would drive it home when complete. I have been thru many auto detailing/car wash shop by far this is the best on my opinion. But its a little bit pricey $45 for a car wash as the saying goes you get what you paid for. The result is phenomenal mostly high end cars used this shop thats why this guys are knowledgable with their trade.

A couple of years ago concours put some ppf and ceramic coating on my car. Had a very positive experience then. That positive experience continues today as I came for a check-up on the ceramic coating. Received complementary carwash.

Doug and his crew are FANTASTIC! Everyone is friendly and polite and, best of all, very detail-oriented! My car looked new after they were done with it! Service was great. Price was fair. The owner was very nice and friendly and provides free rides to and from my work which is really convenient. I got the exterior only package and the car looked great. Paint, exhaust, windows, small details all looked great. They even did a quick inside clean for me which was cool. When I left i noticed a small scuff that they missed, but I brought it back and the owner quickly had his guys buff it out in minutes. Definitely will be going back to them!

I brought my Maserati into Concours Auto Spa because it had a lot of road rash and damage from driving around. It also came to my attention after they gave it a professional look over that I had a lot of swirls/scratches on my paint job due to being washed improperly. Im happy to say that when I picked my car up, I was floored by how it looked. It looks better then when I got it!! Definitely want to say I had a great experience!!! Doug and his crew of experts are exceptional in their craft. As a fleet owner, I frequently have customers rent my vehicles leaving uniques stains and messes that I dont want to even touch. This last one was out of this world, some mystical unicorn type mess. Went on Yelp, saw their deal, and bought the $75 voucher. Now before anyone purchase this deal, please understand the voucher means $75 off what ever service you choose. It doesnt mean the entire detail cost $75. Im glad that Doug relayed that to me before I came in. Gave him the voucher, and the rest is history. Just fantastic service all around!! Doug, cant say it enough, he is an extraordinary guy and his staff is amazing.

Great service

I parked my Alfa Romeo under a tree overnight not knowing it was going to rain. Big mistake. Car looked like its been in a mud bath in the morning. I stopped by Concours 8:30 in the morning for the basic wash without any appointment. The owner was able to took me right in and had 4-5 guys work on my car. I was in and out within 30 mins. Great service and clean shop. Ill definitely come back again.

So, Ive read a lot of glowing reviews on Yelp and decided to trust this shop to perform a detailing work on my 2018 BMW 540. Guess what? Glowing reviews arent always what they seem. In short, stay away...Heres the story.Visited the Concours Auto Spa on April 30th, 2019 to remove spray paint particles from the structural paint job in the parking lot at the workplace. Quoted $550 for the job which I agreed upon. Left the car at 9:30AM and got the call back at 4:00PM to pick up my car. Upon arriving at 5PM, there are still lots of paint particles to be removed and nowhere near done. Left the car over the weekend and still wasnt completed, only to find out there are now severe scratches on the front windshield of my car, due to using the razor blade you find at the general store to remove the particles.. Nope, the shop of such so-called caliber of the finest detailing did not bother to use the professional grade glass scraper, but decided to use a razor blade to work on my car.However, thats not even the main issue. Doug, who seemed to be an owner or manager of this place, now decides to evade my concerns and blames it on how all of these light-refracting deep scratches are somehow caused by my wipers, rocks on the road, and etc. As insulting as it already may seem, Doug decides me to hand me a piece of a razor blade and asks me to replicate the scratches on my car on my own... Then, he proceeds to tell me how there are no scratches on my side windows, trying to validate how his shop is at no fault for making severe scratches on my front windshield... A so-called pro who owns or manages a detailing shop probably knows how they are not even the same type of glass and how they differ in relation to the scratching properties. After a few minutes of blank stare, then he proceeds to tell me he will replace the entire windshield the following week. The cost to replace the windshield was $620 according to Doug, which he agreed to pay. However, in suspicion, I visited the dealer to find out the price for the genuine BMW replacement part, which was the only option since my car is a lease, and was quoted for $2286.22 in parts and $1075 in labor.I then return to Concours Auto Spa to meet with Doug with the quotes I received from the BMW dealer to further discuss matter. As soon as I hand him the quote from BMW, he flings it right back to me and decides to give me a funny look, like that would intimidate me somehow. Well, maybe I shouldve just flung my money when I paid YOU the $550. It was not even about the money nor the repair at this point. I was in utter disbelief as he displayed such hostility towards me when I had a legit concern for the $620 cheap job repair on my recently leased vehicle, which I would be fully responsible for come the lease maturity. Then he tells me theres no way to get this fixed at the BMW dealer and my only choice would be to fix it on coming Thursday at Safelite Autoglass for $1335.72 as that was the best he can do. Again, he decides me to fling me the appointment slip across the desk and just shows himself out of his office.Sure, the BMW dealer does cost more than what Doug suggested, but there are reasons why they cost more (genuine part, warranty, etc). I could say the same thing about Concours Auto Spa and how they are hyper inflated in price, especially at the quality of the jobs they perform. The reason I chose Concours Auto Spa, even at the higher cost in comparison to other shops, was the quality of reviews that gained my trust. I understand the things happen in the course of operating a business, but if this is the way you treat a customer when your job goes bad, it clearly shows you have no business of operating a business.I am sure they do the fine job most of the time. No doubt they would be as courteous as they possibly can be when the job goes great. But, if you are one of the unlucky few as I am, be prepared for the denials, excuses, blames, and hostilities that entail endless frustrations to come.

This place is awesome. My car looked like it came off the showroom floor. Will definitely be coming to these guys again.

A heartfelt thank you to Doug and the young men at Concours that saved us from disaster. We have a brand new car that we took out today had a lot of fun with the kids, maybe too much because one of them was sick in the car. When I say sick in the car I mean everywhere, seats, carpets, vents, windows, dash, ceiling and many other areas that we didnt even know existed. We called Concours at 6:30pm on a Friday night and they were gracious enough to stay open for us. They did the unthinkable and found every drop of nasty mess. We are so grateful to the wonderful service we received and we will continue to do business with Concours which will hopefully be much less disgusting. Thank you again!

Truly exceptional service!!!! I was looking for a detail company in the South Bay to detail my 98 Silverado and polish my stubborn billet wheels that i let get oxidized over the past 2 years. I came across Concours Auto Spa on yelp and Google, and after seeing their stellar reviews and website I decided to give them a call. The call was answered by the owner himself Doug. I explained what I was trying to accomplish and how bad my wheels had become. Doug was very friendly and offered for me to bring it by so he could evaluate the condition. I scheduled to bring the truck by on a Friday afternoon, but due to work I was running behind. I put a call into Doug to let him know because the shop was going to be closing soon. Doug invited me down anyway and stayed open late to meet me. He was very inviting took a good look over my truck and explained what they could do for me. At no point did I feel like I was being soldor rushed (which being there after-hours I really appreciated). Doug knew his product and craft very well and instilled confidence that i had called the right place. We made an appointment to bring my truck in for the detail. Doug kept me in the loop through every step of the process. They really went above and beyond what I was paying for to get my wheels restored, and best of all they had a coating to make sure they stay beautiful for 5 years!!!! I cant thank these guys enough for treating my old truck like a show car and really giving it all the attention it could ever need. I am beyond impressed with how my truck came out, and I have already started using them for my other cars. No need to go anywhere else!

Hands down best auto detailer I have ever been to! Professional and friendly - they brought my paint back to life. My car looked Brand New!!!

I was going to go to my normal car wash place to get an exterior detail. I wasnt super happy with them, but it was a convenient location so I thought meh. I decided to call around and find prices of other local car washes. I called one place that runs coupons all of the time, and they quoted me $240 (their website says $150.) i called concours, and asked about an exterior detail and basic interior cleaning. $110. done!when I got there, I realized that this is not a car wash! they call it an auto spa for a reason. the cars sit inside an area like a garage and they hand do everything. all I asked regarding the interior was to clean the cupholders well (a drink leaked and it was icky.)they quoted me two hours and were done half an hour early due to putting a lot of people on it when an appointment didnt show (I was just a call in and stop by, not an appt.) they did a great job. the owner walked me through my car and when he noticed something wasnt shining, called someone over to polish it just a bit. he opened the door, talked about the swirl marks (I know I know) and talked about how long the wax was going to last. even though the exterior detail only comes with a very basic interior cleaning, I still noticed that my side holder on the door was clean and the guys went out of their way to clean my dash (I have a very shed-worthy pug.) and, the cup holders are spotless!they use square or some app, so a tip screen comes up. the owner told me it was automated and that I didnt have to, but that they do pool their tips. well, I personally love it when the screen is included. besides, what jerk doesnt tip when people work hard?!my little electric fiat seemed a little out of place with a vintage Porsche coming out right before me lol but I highly recommend this place for a detail. they also do paint restoration and ceramic treatments, if you like the fancy stuff or need help with an older car.
