The gentleman that come out to unclog our toilet was so polite and professional. Very friendly and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. Very quick and efficient. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

They are unprofessional. They do not pay employees on time. They mess around and short on wages. Can’t ever seem to get ahold of anyone in the office. Finally when asked about the last paycheck they said it would be direct deposited. Lied about that and mailed it out. Completely unprofessional in every way possible

The tech, Pervis, was professional and put my plumbing up to code as he fixed the leaking that caused water backup. This has brought to my attention that more work must be done. Although without his input and replacement parts, we would be facing lots more trouble very quickly. Costly, yep...Oh, the woes of a homeowner!Snake n Rooter had the heavy duty snake that made the difference in getting the job done. 😊Thank you.

These guys are the real deal. I have had these guys out consistently over the years to work on some of our rental properties in Kansas City. Their technicians are always polite and courteous. Had them out again last night for an emergency and once again, they did not fail me. Top notch service company that we highly recommend. Strong attention to detail, clean cut technicians. Getting pretty frustrated. Had them out last Friday for a service call about a clogged toilet in our office. The repairman needed to remove the toilet to get the rooter to reach the plant roots that had invaded the pipe, which of course is fine. It seemed like most of the work was done, though I wasnt watching over him.He went ahead and started cleaning up, then went into his truck parked in front of the office for about 15 minutes. I assumed he was writing up the invoice, receipt, or other paperwork we needed. So we were pretty surprised when the truck backed up, and then drove away. No paperwork from the plumber, no bye or have a good day or anything.So we went into the bathroom to find the top of the toilet tank lid still off and across the room (no big deal). Then we noticed the toilet wasnt put back on the exact spot it came off from, so theres a large discolored area all along the left side at the floor. We then noticed the toilet handle pointing straight down to the floor. Looked inside the tank and the metal arm that goes horizontally across, attached to the handle, also broken and hanging down. Upon further inspection, the plastic nut that holds these together had clearly just been broken. I went up to Lowes, and bought a replacement toilet handle and lever, and just installed it myself.I tried calling Monday morning to tell them what happened. My number was taken by the secretary and I was told Id get a call back; never happened. I called back again today (Wed.) to just tell them and get it over with. Now I supposedly cant talk to anyone but the secretary because the supervisors are in the field so much, theyll probably get back to you next Monday.Really?! I just wanted to speak with a manager/supervisor for 10 lousy minutes, and maybe have them take the replacement cost of the handle they broke off my bill, and be done with it! No one there can take a 10 minute phone call? And their website (and greeting message they make the secretaries say) goes on and on about integrity. Funny.

First time I have used the company and I was thoroughly impressed. The office staff was very pleasant, called before they sent a plumber to my home, and then followed up at the conclusion of the work to ensure that I was satisfied. The gentleman that serviced my home (Jesse) was very professional and seemed very thorough in his initial diagnosis and work completed.

Called them for a bathroom drain clog. Within 1 hour they came out rolled out at protective mat for the floor. Isaac was very professional in his method of setup / work and ten minutes later cleared the clog. Cleaned the inside of the cabinet. Will definitely use again. Well done. Thank you

Our experience with this company was amazing.We called in the morning to see if they could clear a drain which another company couldnt (they other folks even broke off a tip in the drain making it worse) They were able to get us served the same day.Our technician showed up in a nice uniform, they took great care to keep any mess in and around the drain, all of our floors and carpets stayed clean.The tool they use to clean broke twice, a supervisor came out with a replacement machine, and both of them stayed till the job was done (past dinner time) They charged for a single hour of work, apologetically telling us the equipment failure was not our issue.Both of these fellas were professional with their appearance, language, work, and bearing; I was utterly impressed.You may be able to find a cheaper drain cleaner in the area, but Ive used a few in the past; none of them came anywhere close to the level of appearance, service, and customer care as Dale (the tech) and Pervis (his supervisor)They will take care of you at a fair price, answering your call the first time, staying till the job is done correctly no matter the cost to them.We are a new lifetime customer of Snake N Rooter.

Used to replace garbage disposal asked wife if she got quoted of cost on phone.... she said no .... they said $485.00 wife said no ended up charging $375.00. The disposal was $100.00 and they was there less than an hour. Also had sidewalk cleaned off all snow technicians walked across yard tracking in snow and leaves across carpet.
