Very professional both on the phone and on site. Brian figured out my circa 1936 septic tank is partitioned and both sides needed to be pumped. But there was no opening for the second part where the sludge was. He could have easily just pumped the part that he could get to which was all water and would not have solved my problem. He went the extra mile to find the second part, dig in the ground to find the top of it only to find no opening. A concrete company had to come out and drill a core so he could get to it. He came back out for a second trip to finish the job and put in an opening so this doesnt happen again. His charges were very reasonable. Even though he could charged me for two services, he didnt. And he left it better than he found it. I would recommend A-1 to anyone!

After we called for service Brian was out within 3 days. He called that morning to let me know what approximate time he would be out. He was professional, and took his time to answer any questions we had. He even let my 2yo honk the horn on the pump truck. Would recommend!!!

We had Brian come out - a day earlier than originally expected, for one - and he went above and beyond for us. Wed had an issue with foul smelling water in the yard and though he was only expected to pump the tank, he dug up the area and explained the issue in detail. Absolutely exceptional service 12/10 will DEFINITELY call again.

Our septic tank was backed up and we couldnt run any water in our house, which is very difficult with two little ones running around. Brian was so quick to get back to me on the phone and was able to come out and get our septic pumped within 2 hours of me calling him! The best experience i have ever had calling someone out to my house to help! He started pumping out of one of my clean-outs only to tell me that was just an inspection tank.
