From my initial contact with the agency, through my consultation with Dr. Porter, to my current treatment schedule, I have been extremely impressed with the caring professionalism of the staff and the comfort of the office.Jess, the office manager and a TMS Lead Technician has been fabulous to work with. The treatment modality can be a bit intimidating at first, but Jess is so knowledgeble and has been so helpful in letting me know what to expect as the treatment progresses. She is a true gem.I have just finished week 6 of my nine week treatment regimen, and I am seeing results already. Thank you, Prime TMS. You have literally given me my life back!

Prime TMS has been beyond amazing to work with!! The staff that I have worked with on the phone, were above and beyond in answering questions and responding quickly to all things that I needed. They had me scheduled for a consultation within 48 hours of me just sending an inquiry!They worked with me and it truly felt like they wanted me to feel better and they wanted to help! The staff knows me by name from the first time I called and it feels like they are invested in helping me!I havent been in the Lawrence office, but the Topeka office is calming, clean and welcoming! I feel welcomed as soon as I walk in the door!

I chose prime TMS because I had read news articles about their clinic that had included interviews with the owner/ manager and I truly believed they cared about improving the mental health of those suffering.I was wrong. The focus is solely on making money.

Prime TMS is far more welcoming and comfortable than any mental health facility that I have ever experienced. My girlfriend was suffering from severe, lifelong depression which kept her in bed about half the days in a month. Since completing her treatment, she hasnt had a single depression swing.
