This place has literally changed my life. In one year, I have lost nearly 28lbs! The weight loss isn’t the only thing you will gain from Fit Body Boot Camp though. I have so much more muscle now and my heart is so much stronger than it used to be. My blood pressure and resting heart rate have decreased, and I am now able to run 5ks which I never would have imagined doing 2 years ago. The main thing I love about these workouts is that they are only 30 min. It makes it easy to squeeze in even on a busy day. There is even an enclosed “Kid Zone” with a TV for your kids if they need to come with you, so no more using them as an excuse not to exercise! The pace of the exercises are fast, and I love that they include strength and cardio so that you are hitting every area. The coaches are encouraging and will always help you to push yourself to the next level. If you are someone who needs direction when working out, this is the place to go! Don’t let the words “boot camp” scare you ~ there are modifications and many exercises just involve your body weight. You won’t regret this!
I love working out here. The classes are challenging and addictive! Ive gained muscle and lost fat since joining in early 2020. I have no doubts that I will reach my goals with the help of Coach Ben and the resources available at Fit Body. The other people in class are encouraging and make me want to come back every day. If youre unsure, sign up for one of their 6 week challenges or ask a member for a free pass and youll see exactly what all the rage is about. I started with a 6week challenge and ended up becoming a full member.
I have been a member of Topeka FBBC for 3 years now and love the variety in workouts! It’s nice to be able to get a great workout in 30 minutes and go on about my day. Fun group instruction with modifications to fit your fitness needs! Love my Fit Family!
I started at Fit Body back in July and haven’t regretted a single day! I started with the 5 week challenge and was quickly hooked- this place is so much more than just a gym! Fit Body is a community and an all around workout in just 30 minutes. The coaches there are understanding and push you. No matter what skill level you, you’ll never feel inadequate or less than either!
I really like the convenience of the classes being 30 minutes long & having multiple class times to choose from! The coaches are great, give great advice, can really kick your butt with the workouts & are supportive.

The fit body trainers give specific feedback during workouts. They are encouraging and motivate you to give just one more push! There are so many opportunities to get your workout in and every class has positive and friendly people!
I’m new to FBBC but after the first workout I’m in love! You get a family when you join. They care about you and getting you to your goals. When your working out they push you to keep going and beat your own goals. Honestly the best thing I did was join FBBC!

Topeka Fit Body Boot Camp is hands-down the best gym in Topeka. It is a little more pricey but theyre worth every penny! The workouts are different everyday so youll never get bored!
This place is awesome! Having a challenging workout only take up 30 minutes of your day is really great. They have convenient workout times available and Ben is a really great class instructor. He is knowledgeable and if you need to modify anything - he still makes it to where you are getting the benefits of the workout. Definitely recommend fit body! 👍🏻

I recommend this gym for everyone. The classes can be tailored to every fitness level. It’s highly motivating and changes daily. They do all the planning for you. You just show up and spend 30 minutes with friends all working toward a common goal. The owners have done a great job building a network of support and community. It’s awesome!!!
For years I have been struggling to find a workout routine/location that I felt both challenged me & that was also something I loved enough to stick with. & then I found Fit Body Boot Camp, & every thing changed. I love the 30 minute work outs & intensity, yet it’s perfect for any fitness level. Miranda (& Nathan too) has been amazing! She makes the effort to get to know everyone by name so it’s not just like you’re another number walking through the door. While Ben is our newest coach, I can already tell he cares about coaching, making sure to help & motivate everyone in the room. I recommend to everyone!
FBBC has given me so much to be proud of over the last 18 months. I’m stronger, happier, and more accountable than I started. It’s something I look forward to every day! Sometimes showing up is the hardest part, but do it once and give it your best effort; You’ll see what I mean! Coach Ben really pushes for you to full potential and cares about his clients. This is the best investment in myself I’ve ever made!
Seriously the best. The workouts are challenging yet addicting and I love working out here. All the trainers are so friendly and nice and help you no matter what fitness stage you are at. Can’t recommend enough!
I love fit body boot camp. It has made working out easier. They provide the workout, demo, equipment and encouragement, all you have to do is show up. I would highly recommend you give it a try.
Fit body boot camp is where it’s at!! 30 min workouts burning 350-400 calories is awesome!! The staff is sweet and willing to help you set and hit those goals!! I personally have been there over a year and down 55lbs by following their food program!! Love it!!
I love the workouts. Not long and drawn out trainers get right to it in 30 minutes. Push you outside of your comfort zone and make you feel good while doing it 👍🏾
I’ve been going to FBBC since the very beginning. I love that it’s a different workout every single day. It is very challenging but it only lasts 30 minutes so I can really push myself. Great for all levels of individuals. They will cater the workouts to your current abilities.

It has been life changing for me. I am 54 overweight and out of shape! Joining FBBC was a great decision. Everyone has been really encouraging!! The trainers will modify your workout in accordance with your strength and ability. They take the time to ensure your form is correct to avoid injuries. Honestly I feel like I have a personal trainer. I am losing weight and getting stronger with every workout!! I would encourage anyone to join!!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE TOPEKA FIT BODY BOOT CAMP!!!!! It’s the ONLY workout facility that I have received results!!!! The workouts are amazing and quick, only 30 minutes!!!!! I once took my health and fitness really serious until I hurt my back. I have spent the last 3 years avoiding the gym. I finally decided enough was enough and joined Topeka Fit body bootcamp. It has been way more then expected in such a good way. The class times offered work great for my busy schedule. And I cant say enough good things about Jennifer being able to get us pumped and moving before 5am!!!
When I first started going to fit body boot camp my intentions were to just complete the 21 day challenge. After completing the challenge I loved the format the atmosphere and the staff so much that I decided to drop my genesis membership and become a full time member with fit body boot camp. They offer many classes through out the day that are challenging and of great variety. I never get tired of doing the same stuff because it’s always different and challenging unlike other places where it seems to be repetitive. The trainers are not only helpful, but caring and understands everyone has different strengths and weaknesses. Life changing! If you’re on the fence about starting a program, and then sticking with it- this is it! Quick, high intensity workouts that are never the same! All you have to do is show up!
This gym is great! The trainers and all the staff are very friendly, helpful and truly care about the folks that come in. In about thirty minutes youll sweat more than you ever have but youre having fun..struggling right along with others that are there to better themselves. No reason to be intimidated to come in either, theres people of all levels of fitness just there to get a good sweat going!
I am on my 4th week at Topeka Fit Body Boot camp and I enjoy coming in for my 30 minute daily workout. The staff and other members are very encouraging and keep you motivated to keep coming back. I can definitely see and feel the results from coming.
