I am very happy with the service I received from Byron B. and his Tech. When I called, I had a budget, time limitations, and a bug problem. Byron came and did an estimate. He was able to work within my budget and within my time frame. When Byron and his Tech came by to spray, they were on time and went above and beyond my expectations. Call them for all your pest needs.

Schendel is supposed to be the best in pest control. Maybe they are, I dont know that yet. What I do know is that they are the worst in returning phone calls or arriving when they say they will. Its alright if they dont show though because they call you to let you know they wont be coming... wait... no they dont do that. You can call the office to find out whats going on and they will say they will call you back, but they wont.Maybe they are good at pest control, but in customer service they suck more than a black hole. If you have pests and want good company to take care of the situation and also want to be treated like an important customer... well find someone else... these guys dont really care if you use them or not.

I am unhappy with schneidel pest control. We have schedule to appointment with a sales representative who on the first appointment didnt show and I called hu. He forgot he had an appointment. So i rescheduled for the next day and he never showed up or called. I do not recommend this company.

They rock. You may a bit more for service but if you need them to come back it doesn’t cost unlike other services in town
