Well I had attempted my normal DIY home hair cut not thinking about the fact that this time I had just finished bleaching a platinum blonde peekaboo underneath so the back would be so uneven and embarrassing. I literally looked like I had a sun popping out my back in the middle of night!😫 I went to a couple salons b4 smartstyle trying 2 find anyone with an opening right then cuz I refused 2 take my hair out of the bun until it was fixed but the ladys up there did an amazing job and same day after my daughter got out of school I took her up there as well. My daughter is diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and they did amazing with her.

Dorothy was awesome. Good job on my hair, good conversation and great price. Ill be back.

Called on a Friday evening to see if they had any openings for the weekend. The lady that answered was rude and seemed to be in a hurry. I was able to get an appointment first thing Saturday morning, but when I arrived I was told I didnt have an appointment. The gentleman working that morning already had a client and was unable to help at that time. 40 min later someone else showed up to help.My haircut was okay, but not fully what I wanted. I didnt have it corrected because I needed to get things done that day. I dont think Ill be returning.

I went to the salon in Wal-Mart on 37th street, and I was having a bad day, but Evie, the stylist that cut my hair did a GREAT job!! I will definitely go back to her.

Went in for bright color.. came out looking more dull and scheduled a fix somewhere else. Definitely not worth what i paid.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. I am so unhappy with this cut that I have cried everytime I look in the mirror. She cut it WAY to short. Choppy. And couldnt even fix it without messing it up more! I am NEVER coming back, and Im HOPING they refund me because it just KEEPS getting worse.

Went there to get my eyebrows waxed and grandsons haircut. My eyebrow wax was the worst eye wax Ive ever had. Later after I had left the store and got home my eyes had swollen and had scabs starting to form where she had pulled skin off. Before I left though one of the other ladies kept asking the girl about advice on how to cut her clients hair then when I went to pay for me and my grandsons stuff the lady who had cut the guys hair had charged him for my eyebrow wax and hadnt charged him for his sons haircut. This was a major screwup situation.
