The battery in our vehicle was bad and a rapid replacement was done I was in and out in less than an hour. Price was very reasonable compared to what I could buy a battery for at auto supply stores. I’m happy customer

I feel safe in my car because I trust the service center to keep it in good working order. And they do! That sense of security is so important when it comes to transportation.

My 2019 Honda Odyssey had a recall on the fuel pump. We attempted to get it completed in the Greater STL area before we moved but they were requiring 2 appointments to get it completed at another dealer (one to see which pump was needed, and two for the pump replacement). So we waited until we moved to Topeka. Sharp Honda was very accommodating when I had to reschedule for my own childcare issues. They were for helpful with how their shuttle works on weekdays to make it home timely. We dropped the vehicle off in the morning and it was ready a few hours later. They also did an inspection, where they address an easy fix to tighten our oil cap and a little body issue. And the van’s exterior was washed too. We are so pleased to pick up the vehicle looking better than when we left it. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Sharp Honda. Professional, helpful, great communication skills, honest, and friendly.

Before we came in for new tires Robby sent us a list of tires with prices. The service was timely and Robby kept us updated on the progress. We always purchase our tires at Sharp Honda.

Quick and easy front strut assembly replacement. Will continue to get service done at sharp Honda. Everyone I worked with was polite and professional. Used their loaner vehicle while they worked on mine. Took about 3 hours for Service to get done which was much quicker than I anticipated.My only issue is that it took over a month to get the new struts from factory, but this isnt Sharps fault, there is just no one left working in the factories to build/ship parts. This is what happens when the govt pays people to sit at home and not work.

On a cross country trip to Denver our battery failed us. Nearing Topeka we contacted sharp Honda. They accommodated our same day time frame. Replaced the battery and did it all with a smile and can do attitude. Friendly, fast and overall nice people especially Robbie and Chris.

Sharp Honda is in a whole different class from the rest of the dealerships/service shops. They have employed people who provide amazing customer service and treat your vehicle right. I showed up early to my appointment and didn’t have to wait. The service team started changing my oil right away and I was out of there in less than an hour for rotation and oil change. Robby one of the staff members helped me and I was able to pay online and ask any questions through text if need be.

My power steering light has been coming on intermittently for a week as I have driven around time and highway. I was told that they could not diagnose any problems and when out driving could not replicate the problem. I was appreciative that not charged for the diagnosis. However the light came on less than 2 miles from the dealership while driving home.

It was nice meeting Christian at Honda Auto. I had no appointment but he was very helpful, polite, rotated the tires on my Honda CRV, did an 18 point check up, topped fluids - and as a courtesy took the car through the car wash. I am impressed with this service, and I had my car back in no time.

Honda installed an auto start in my car. It only took them two and a half hours they drove me home and picked me up when the car was ready. I used the auto start once and in this heat I can see how easily one could be spoiled. Its great getting into a car that is already cool. When I picked up my car they gave me a lesson on how to use the unit which I appreciate very much.

They did an excellent job in a short time. They went above normal service by checking under the tires and finding gravel and dirt which had been causing the vehicle to make grinding sounds when accelerating. They cleaned it up and now its perfect again.

Had a recall on my car for airbag issue. Had a good experience with Sharp Honda. With many dealers you can expect some type of service up-sale or bait-and-switch sort of thing, but I did not have this happen. They were very professional. Car has a intermittent “loud rattle” from the “high pressure fuel pump hose” hitting the firewall and under the truck. I provided a video of what it sounded and looked it. The dealer was very quick at getting me into be assessed. I was told the high pressure fuel pump noise was normal. My guess is since the loud rattle is intermittent and was not replicated. So nothing was done since there were no codes or warning lights triggered.This truck is new and hope that Honda admits to the problem with this part. I can see how this part could crack or leak with it rattling so violently. So it’s something this consumer has to wait on until it becomes a real problem.

The service at Sharp Honda is excellent, they diagnosed my problem, ordered the parts, and had my repairs completed quickly. They are on the expensive side, but the estimate was dead on, and that’s to be expected at a dealership.

He estimated how much it would cost, but the total was way higherHe took photos of the problem and told me what was to blame. That made the approximate $450 repair on a car I only had for 3, weeks a little bit better to tolerate.

Sharp Honda was wonderful when my car engine overheated and needed to be replaced. They absolutely took good care of me and were very kind, professional, and my car was up and running very quickly which was amazing. I also like how fast it is to get in and out of there. Their communication system is very user friendly and I was able to be kept in the loop with everything that was going on. They offered shuttle service to take me back home in the snow, which was nice not having to worry about! I will only come here from now on!

Great service at a good price.

I had brought my car in because of a check engine light. Robbie helped me and they figured out that I needed a software update done. As soon as the update was available Robbie called me immediately. He let me pick the time that would work best for my schedule to get the car in for the update. I was able to drop the car off and it seemed like in no time my car was done and the software update was done. Robbie is absolutely a wonderful person very professional and on top of everything. I also got the pleasure of meeting BJ who was the one that did the update. He was also very professional and extremely nice.

Robby was very professional, I took my car for what I thought was an oil pan gasket leak and it was something else, They were up front and honest about the issues and ended up being cheaper to fix. Robby did a great job in getting my vehicle taken care of. He called me several times letting me know what the status was on the repair. He was able to set me up with a loaner vehicle as repair took a total of 3 days. Fortunately the part was covered under warranty. Having the vehicle washed and ready to go was a nice touch.

I had a light on the dash that I looked up to see what it meant. It was something to do with the entry system . I first replaced the battery in my fob. When that didnt take care of the light I made a call to Sharp Hondas service center. They promptly got my car in to find the problem. I had previously gotten a letter about the ignition button that some of these vehicles have had a problem with. As it turned out that button was the cause of the problem. It was replaced quickly and I got my car back the same day. Because it was a manufacturing defect there was no charge. They always run my vehicle through a wash and I get it back nice and clean. Honda has excellent service and friendly people.

The service is always outstanding and Christian always makes everything so easy that you don’t feel that you are dealing with a car problem. I recommend them to everyone.

We bought a 2021 Honda Accord from Sharp Honda. Best car buying experience we have ever had. Aaron was professional, attentive and super friendly. The paperwork was super organized and a breeze to get through.

Mark is not super friendly, I had to return a year from my initial appointment so they could do something they forgot to do the first time. I tend to be patient and forgiving but they said it would take 10 minutes, it took an hour and they didn’t offer anything for my time. Overall it was a less than stellar experience.

They are one of the few dealerships that do not push repairs or maintenance on the customer if it is not needed.
