I went online at 5:06pm to schedule an oil change. Once I selected the day, a date/time came back saying I could bring it in at 5:15pm. I was so surprised they had an opening that quick. Once I brought my car into the dealerships auto service, they started taking my car back immediately while I was still talking to the auto rep. I say from 5:20p - 5:50p they had my oil change done, tires rotated, and car washed (didnt even ask for the wash). Very quick, exceptional service!! A+++
I was not greeted when I came in. I stood there next to the desk until Lester acknowledged I was standing there. My concerns about my noisy brakes were brushed to the side. Its a known issue, theyre fine. When my vehicle was done, no one went over my service report. When I asked about it, the cashier just said of something was wrong, it would show it on the printout.I was not impressed at all. For a business that brags about their superior customer service, you really, really failed. This experience makes me regret my vehicle purchase from Ed Bozarth. I will probably take my business elsewhere.
Vehicle completely dead. Called service department Ask if they could look at it when I brought it in and they said yes. Delivered vehicle it was over two hours before they could look at it. Took another hour and a half for them to tell me they think may be loose battery cable is why it would not start.Most definitely not the problem.
I am amazed at the intensity of customer service that is practiced at the entire dealership. The collision center got me in for a bid, found that a repair could be made inexpensively without the need for a scheduled appointment, and fixed it while I waited. I was in the sales center and had a company conference call, which led to the receptionist sensing a need for privacy, so she seated me in an empty office. This is just remarkable, but mirrors the great staff in sales (Marty) and service in my past visits.
My salesman, Marty, was very knowledgeable and a no-pressure salesman. I was given time to evaluate the vehicle without undue stress and make a decision I was comfortable with.
I only have been there for oil changes recently but the service has been good and people have been friendly.
Morris James was my salesman. I have never purchased a new vehicle before so I was very nervous and slightly apprehensive about it. Mr. James made me feel at ease. He made sure to cover everything about the vehicle with me as well as showing me all options for future use(onstar, My Buick) as well as getting me started with these programs. I am beyond satisfied with the entire experience and have already started referring my friends to Mr. James for their new vehicle purchases. I scheduled a 7:15 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I pulled out at 9:02. It took over an hour to get from the front pull in area into the garage. What is the point of an appointment if you have to wait that long for a basic service?The service itself went fine.

I purchased the truck from Classic Chevy in Grapevine, TX and they have taken car of the maintenance needs on my truck. With me transitioning from TX to KS, I needed to have a dealership up here that I could trust. There is a dealership closer to me in Osage City although I chose to call your service department first. I’m glad I did. Brian Cox provided the info I needed, set expectations and made sure everything was taken care of on my truck. The service drive was clean, organized and the gals at the cashier counter were wonderful. Thank you for a friendly and pleasant experience in the midst of times when unforeseen maintenance and financial burdens can be very stressful.
Had my car towed to Bozarth due to a loud clunk I heard and was afraid to drive. Told the service dept could be a/c, belts, lifters, didnt think it was transmission. Paid $150 (after 10% discount) for them to tell me it was the front motor mount and there was a leak in my front engine cover. Drive my car away b/c bid to fix was $3k and A/C is not working. Called and they told me they just diagnosed the loud clunk I heard and that a/c is a different diagnostic and would be another $160 to just diagnose. (FYI Diagnostics do not credit to your repairs if you decide to get the work done) Took my car to another mechanic and actually TWO motor mounts need replace and you can VISUALLY see my a/c compressor needs replaced! EXTREMELY upset that for $150 they couldnt even diagnose the issues correctly AND wanted an extra $150 to diagnose that you could VISUALLY tell my compressor was bad. I will not bring my car back for anything other than oil changes and the free pit stop from now on.
Well, I am her husband. This is my truck she bought for me. I had damaged my tailgate pretty badly. Took it to your body shop, they did impecable quality. They truly went above and beyond! Stellar staff. Larry is terrific and a real professional. He was totally different from my other experiences with Ed Bozarth, which has been, lack luster and underwhelming.

2019 Chevy Bolt recall- They did the recall adjustments to the computer very quickly. Asked if they checked the cells for anyones that were bad? Lori said it looked like they ran a test after the update to the computer. Obivously we are very uneasy about owning this car. It was supposed to be washed, but I guess they forgot...W in the corner of my windshield and dirty car.
It was great..knowing they had it covered made things easier for me
Had an oil change and tires rotated and all the PSI on the tires were different. They did not check the tire pressure. Our car had oil fingerprints left on our car. There was no paper mats laid down for when they entered our car. Asked to look at our gas lid because it will not stay down when going through a car wash. My brother has the same car and they have no problem going through the car wash and this does not happen on their car. I was told that all car washers are different, so my brother and I went through the same car wash. He took his car and I took my car. My gas lid popped up but his did not! They didnt even give me the time of day to get it fixed. I was told it was fine.

Bought New 2019 Colorado with now 12,700 miles. I have brought it in for service for the second time, the first was Transmission shuttering and the second for AC freezing up. Neither was satisfactory corrected with confidence. The actual service was great but resulted in my doubt that I will get 100,000 miles before major cost. Not happy!

My experience over this last weekend purchasing my vehicle was 10/10 the best car buying experience. Every team member I worked with was exceptionally kind, personable and went above and beyond to serve me. Luke Dwyer was my salesman and he truly exceeded every expectation I could have had walking into Ed Bozarth dealership. I will be purchasing all future vehicles at this dealership, specifically with Luke. In the finance department we worked with Pat Baumgartner who was wonderful, extremely helpful and very fast. The manager Mickey is awesome and constantly making sure you’re being taken care of. The service department is HUGE and every building is so clean. I had to bring my 1 year old so having multiple waiting rooms, free drinks, clean bathrooms, staff members sharing hot wheel cars, and just the friendliness of everyone made it so easy. They are all one giant well oiled machine ready to take care of every detail.

Two years ago, we worked with Les Steinlage to purchased a 2019 Impala from Bozarths. Unfortunately, the car was totaled in an accident recently.Les has since retired, but recommended speaking with Marty Steinert about finding a replacement vehicle.Marty was outstanding to work with. He first provided advice on dealing with the insurance company that was extremely valuable, including giving us a Manheim Auto Auction estimate of the value of the destroyed vehicle.Marty then helped us locate some suitable replacement vehicles. He was very candid with us, advising he couldnt get us the car we wanted at our price point. We found one at an out of state Chevy dealer and purchased the car there, but Marty has treated us as if wed bought the car from him. This has been one of the best automobile purchase experiences Ive ever had at an auto dealership, and we didnt even buy the car from Bozarth!I can heartily recommend Marty for his integrity, professionalism, and knowledge.
Charged a unreasonable amount to have a diagnosis done. It should be a flat fee for diagnosing I feel. Didn’t and couldn’t even get car repaired cz the diagnostic fee was over $300. Then repairs would be $5000 I could purchase a good used vehicle for that. And my car is still in good shape.
The service was incredible. Mike and Pat were amazing. Well definitely be back when its time to purchase another vehicle.

The vehicle service was fine. I have been trying to get a new truck. About a month ago i thought i had one ordered but found out the next day they did not order it because they thought it would be better if i put 1000 down. I was ok with that but then found out that the same day they were notified that the Alerting chip was not available. I am thinking if they had ordered it the day before i may have been able to get the truck. I had also asked the day before if i needed to do anything else like put money down and they said no. Then when I got my truck serviced friday there was a truck like i had been wanting on the lot. It had everything but the alerting package but i probably would have taken it anyway. Bot when i talked with Chris C. About it and was going to test drive it i mentioned the employee supplier discount that i was going through the company i work for. I was going to get on the one i thought i had ordered a month ago. Chris laughed and said thwy did away with it. I have since then called other dealers and they said that it has not been done away with but can depend on the vehicle being purchased. Poor customer servicel!!

At 22,000 miles my front brakes still squeal. All they say is there is nothing wrong with them. New truck + 6 year extended warranty and you cant fix. Guarantee will not buy another gm product. Having a car under warranty I decided to keep my car serviced where we bought it. I have yet to be disappointed in the service I receive at Ed Bozarth. There has only been one time that they needed to keep my car overnight and that came with sincere apologies. I have yet to encounter a person that hasnt been helpful and/or nice.
Got me right in . Very pleasant service tech. Took care of issue for now. Will see if stays that way. Very satisfied.
Brian Cox was very helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to process my car in for repair. The new text application was a great way to keep updated and to then pay my bill online. The cashier did have to print out a receipt at her end and have my sign the invoice for her paperwork. Ken, the courtesy shuttle did a wonderful job of getting me to work on time as well as quickly fitting me into his drop off/ pick up schedule so I could go and pick up my car. My only negative was that I was offered concierge services which I didnt get. Car rinse off, windshield treatment, and disinfect the interior. I understand from Brian that I can stop by the shop and have that done for me as it doesnt take much time.
Luke Dwyer was great and he went above and beyond. I felt like he really fought to get use the best price. What we didnt like was how pushy the finance department was. It felt like all the wanted was a check in hand. Didnt really give us time to sort out proper documents. All they said was that the car would be gone . Almost like a scare tactic. Thats not appropriated when you are making a big purchase like this. In short I will come back to Bozarth only because of Luke Dwyer.

We had radio trouble in our 2020 Sierra. I called Lori in the service department. She understood our problem. Advised us to bring our Truck in so they could look at it. We took the truck in to be looked at. They replaced the radio. All this was done in one day thanks to Lori. She is our go to person at Ed Bozarth dealership in Topeka. We thank Lori for helping us.

Took my acadia in, needed repair on power steering pump, fixed, went to pick it up and immediately returned to service dept....had to bleed air out of lines,,fixed on second try...
We had an emergency repair on a family trip when our cars starter went out outside of Topeka. After getting the car towed to Ed Bozarth the experience couldnt have been better by the entire group. Brian was the service advisor who helped us get a starter into the car that very same day. He even handled my constant pestering, about getting things for my kids and wife out of the back of the car for a ride to a friends house, along with the typical Is it done yet business. Side note: I try not to be that person, but I was this time. But amazingly even after getting the car in at later than 2pm they were able to get a starter in and have me out the same day, that was being serious service heroes.After we got home I noticed that the receipt I needed to submit to my warranty company had the incorrect vehicle listed on there and wouldnt be honored by the warranty company. Brian once again, got everything taken care in as quick of fashion as could be asked for doing a great job once we had all the information needed and sorted out.Overall, from my experience, I cant recommend Ed Bozarth enough. They were quick in their repairs, patient with my family and I, and always helpful. If we didnt live so far away this is where we would look for our next vehicle.

The Service Writer appeared to be new in the job and took extra time to write my ticket. He did solicit help from another employee in order to minimize my delay. My appointment was honored and the repair was done within 60 minutes of the appointment time. Thus far, the diagnosis and repair appear to have solved my problem. The customer lounge is very nice and comfortable.
My car goes to Ed Bozarth, and nowhere else (not even my local dealer, which disappointed me time and time again). These folks are awesome! Not pushy at all, always respectful and courteous, and quite knowledgeable. The service advisors diligently remind me when milestone-service is needed, what it includes, and the cost. If, during the regular maintenance, they find something that needs attention, they will come talk to me before performing the corrections. I have never left the service department less than confident that what they said was done, was actually done. In the many years my vehicles have visited Ed Bozarth Chevy, Ive had no surprises of any kind. I highly recommend Ed Bozarths service department!

Thankful they put my car in the shop immediately and furnished me with a car to drive as mine was kept overnight. Although they kept it overnight and had trouble getting codes to stay on, they said it was a simple fix of loose battery cables. However, I am still having the issue and need to return. I question loose battery cables.

Just a fair warning they will spam your phone and your email non-stop until you make a ourchase. I actually cancelled the appointment a few days ago because of the weather and I am STILL getting calls, voicemails, emails, texts, etc.

I was treated with respect, Steve Morgan my service advisor did well, the transportation driver was very good and prompt, I also had time to talk to the sales manager about checking on an after market cruise control unit that is to be install on my new trailblazer and he was helpful. I made an appointment for 2PM and arrived and was checked in before 2 PM. It took 2Hours and 15 Minutes to have the oil changed and tires rotated. Generally this service takes less than 1 and 1/2 Hours.
My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 and I arrived early and they got me right in.. Steve said it may take 1 1/2 - 2 hrs Which was ok but they completed the oil change and tire rotation along with their check list within 45min. My experience with everyone that I came into contact with was very pleasant and helpful... I had some questions to which Steve was very helpful with.

The service tech was good. We spoke with the service manager .. wishy washy ... the cashier was very disrespectful and acted put out because she had give me a vip discount. I’ve been buying cars from the dealership for 30 years and having most of my service done there as well. Very disappointed over all. The tech wasn’t my normal one and she didn’t reset the code. The people who placed the part took over a hour. My car sat back in the shop for at least 45 mins with no one working on it. And to boot we’ve had the same part replaced at least 4 times with the time before this listed as a replacement BUT it was “fixed” rather than replaced. Then to have the cashier act as if I was a speck of dust on her shoe and that it was beneath her to help me and give me the assistance I deserve. Just wow! I got there shortly after 7 am and finally drove out of there at 845. Pretty sad since it was a 6 bolt simply change the part out and off we go. They did no other work to the car nor did they have that many cars being worked on. I’m saddened by the fact that neither the dealer or gm will figure out what the issue is and fix it. I love my car. And I take care of it. Trying to decide when I get this one paid off if I should consider a different dealer or just keep chugging along hoping something will change.
