Seems to be a pretty small and local business, as far as communication goes they absolutely stay on top of it as a result. Havent had too much experience with them yet but price is seem pretty comparable. Got a couple of policies on some short-term cars of mine and the process was lightning quick. Youll spend about twice as much time in the grocery store checkout.

Roquet is always able to find solutions to my difficult situations. The staff is personable and pleasant to visit with. Ive used them for years and definitely recommend.

Horrible customer service. They get a 1 Star rating only because they answered the phone. Grouchy man answered that asked for my social security number over the phone for a QUOTE only. State Farm and People’s Insurance don’t ask for that. I told him I wasn’t comfortable giving him my SSN for a quote & he said “sorry, I can’t help then!” Awful experience trying to get a simple quote. Avoid this place, you can find good insurance from a friendly person somewhere else.
