There is an unresolved issue so I did not complete the survey. I paid the insurance premium in mid-May for my house in Topeka.Farmers Insurance sent me a refund check in early June. I called to find out why. The woman that answered said I paid twice. BUT, I did not pay twice! I only wrote one check. I told her the Farmers computer system must have stuttered.I am waiting for confirmation that Farmers Ins. has insurance coverage on my house.UPDATE - I evidently did make duplicate payments of the insurance premium. It is resolved. Thanks

Mr. Erick Fink has helped me more than ANY farmers agent. He accomplished what seemed to be an impossible task because I had been requesting it for YEARS!! All I had asked and been asking for was to have one cost not vary and go up every year. I had even spoke with corporate and they refused to help me. He was the ONLY agent who stood in my corner and fought for me. Thank you Mr. Fink for all of your help. Anyone who has had or has issues I highly advise you to call him!
