Wow ! These guys are awesome. Had main sewer line replaced and they showed up as scheduled, gave a prompt and competitive bid, completed work above expectations. Such a great experience. Brett and Travis were simply outstanding. I could go on and on. It’s so hard to find a good plumber in this town and these guys rocked the house. Lower has been doing work for me both on my house and commercial building. I am always impressed with their work. I am less impressed that they get everything right 9/10 times and have been more impressed on how they handle tricker situations that take multiple attempts.

The gentlemen showed up on time and were politely wearing masks for Covid19 concern. They got right to work and replaced two hot water heaters which were leaking. They performed the job professionally and courteously. They entire job was accomplished in a short period of time. They cleaned up after themselves and left. The work is of the highest quality and expertly accomplished. My hat is off to Lowers for their work and their great employees.

Just had the best experience with Lower plumbing! We tried to do a simple job ourselves, which ultimately turned into a MUCH bigger job due to our outdated kitchen sink plumbing. We were without our sink and dishwasher with everyone stuck at home. I called and Jennifer and Rory were able to get someone out right away. They rebuilt the plumbing under our sink and replaced our garbage disposal. Lower is a great local business that goes above and beyond to do the job right and at a great price! Thank you!

Being an HVAC engineer I knew I had an issue when my outdoor heat pump wasn’t running. From the very first call, Lower was responsive, knowledgeable and professional! They had the unit ordered in and replaced within 48 hours. They went above and beyond to improve my setup and pay attention to every detail. I was very pleased with the service I received this morning to repair and move outdoor hydrants. The plumber assessed an existing problem, offered a couple of options for resolving it, and got it taken care of quickly when I chose the route to take. Staff was very responsive from the initial phone call to the completion of project. Staff was courteous and informed me of everything they were doing. They did excellent work and did a great job of cleaning up.

Had a clogged drain in the basement, and they had it cleared up in 30 minutes. The gentleman was nice, professional and timely. And they got me in on the same morning I called. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Our geothermal unit broke down and the company that put it in went out of business so the manufacture recommended Lower’s. Luckily the parts were under warranty and Lower’s worked with the geothermal company to get the parts. They installed the parts and it is working good now. They responded quickly when we called and they worked with our schedule. We will be using them for future work.

After such great service from Lower last year on our a/c unit, I thought Id try them again on a water heater that had gone out and needed to be replaced. After some discussion, they recommended that I upgrade to a 50 gal tank in my home versus the 40 gal tank we had. They asked questions about the size of my home and family and then gave us a great price to do the upgrade. I have to say we are thrilled. In the past we always seemed to run out of hot water, now it seems to last forever in comparison. Thanks again guys for listening to our needs and delivering. Cant say enough about the service from these guys! You are our go to now and the ones we will always recommend.

Lower is absolutely the best Plumbing Heating and Air Service there is. I have hired them on several occasions and they have did a phenomenal job on my sewer main, and my new stove several years ago, and my thermostat. My two favorite employees that work there are a father and son team those two are completely trustworthy, & they do their job thoroughly with no mistakes!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM if you want your plumbing, heating, and for your air conditioner needs done right . They deserve a 10 star rave review.

I was going to call them and see about replacing my existing HVAC system...go to the website and see they talk about being non union with pride. Yuck. I like to use businesses that pay their workers a living wage. Those are the workers that truly take pride in their work!!

I am absolutely thankful for Lower plumbing. They installed my ac unit last year, & were the most reasonable on price. They did a fantastic job installing it as well. I had the pleasure of speaking w/ the technician, John, today. He went out & looked at a broken water line in my front heard on my rental home & called to inform me that he thought it was the City of Topekas responsibility to repair. I had 2 other companies go & look at the same line & both never mentioned anything about it possibly being the citys responsibility. John called the City & they came out & looked at the line, & sure enough, it was the citys repair. I cannot say thank you enough to John for saving my family over $1000 for a potential repair. I will definitely recommend them to others!!

I went with this company because the previous one would only fix my items temporarily and then they would quit. He ran 2 and a half hours late, and said he would do my best not to charge overtime. My appointment was at 3, he showed up at 5:30. I simply stated that I was on time, he was not. At first, I was very impressed. He knew immediately what the problem was and went to work. After the repair, my AC needed to be filled up with freon. He left at 6 and he went to go do another job so I would not be charged for the time it was filling with freon. He came back an hour and a half later, stated he had done two jobs. He filled out my paperwork and charged my for 2.5 hours, of which he charged 1 at overtime charge. I pointed out that he was here from 5:30 to 6, then 7-7:30. He still charged me an hour and a half after I made my point and 1/2 of overtime. Personally, I should not have been charged any overtime fees.

Lower came and gave an estimate. And got it done in half the time expected. Will use again.
