Highly, highly recommended! Everyone is very friendly and super knowledgeable. They installed a furnace, air conditioner and water heater for us and we are very happy with the appliances AND the service. Service this good is very hard to come by nowadays. This was my first time working on a furnace, and I did a little research and came to the conclusion that I could perform the service myself, just needed the parts. After stopping at three stores in Topeka and realizing that either they didnt carry the parts or wouldnt sell me the parts without doing the installation themselves, I came across DeBackers.I stopped in, and was given the replacement parts I needed without hassle. And when I realized I had the wrong part (my own fault) DeBackers was able to get me what I needed quickly.If I ever need service or parts for my furnace or AC, this is who I will call first.

I had them come out on a Tuesday and they told me it would be a 3 hour job so they sat me up a nother apt for Wednesday morning and I called them about 1045 am and they said we cant get to it till Friday i said so i Rearranged my whole morning so they could come out to do this job then they didnt have the decency to even call me that morning and tell me I had to call them at 10:45 needless to say they will be not doing no work at my house ever again they could have at least called me not good customer service at all the man I talked to was not nice at all BUT I called lowers and they came rite out that same day and fixed the issue it was my thermostat had nothing to do with what de backers said it was my a.c has been working great now that the thermostat has been changed so I guess it was a good thing that de backers didnt show up on the day that they scheduled my appointment for because I would have paid for someone to do a 3 hour job that didnt need to be done it only took 5 minutes to fix the problem lowers check everything when they was here and all my readings were great my air was getting colder so thanks for not coming to the appointment that you scheduled not me you scheduled you saved me a lot of money

We have called on Debackers for routine service and to help with running new HVAC lines for a home addition. They do amazing job from start to finish and always competitive on price. I have not personally had anything installed by this company, but would have highly considered it after the experience I had with them on the phone. They went above and beyond to look up my house square footage to let me know if the work done to my house by another company had been done properly. I appreciate the help and the time you spent out of your day to check out my system knowing it would not financially benefit you necessarily. I will be keeping you in mind if I cannot get this situation figured out with the original company. Thanks again!

Very pleased with DeBackers! I called this morning and the friendly, professional technician (Chance) arrived mid-afternoon. It took him about one minute to diagnose the problem was a faulty sensor. Fifteen minutes later my furnace was up and running again! I havent seen the bill yet, but so far, I highly recommend these guys!

So pleased with DeBackers! Have used them for years in a number of homes. Not once have they ever suggested unnecessary service or tried to raise the bill with add-ons that are not needed. Always a pleasant tech, always a trustworthy answer. I have lived here for almost 30 years, time to run through a lot of local companies. DeBackers is the one I come back to again and again. Very trustworthy.

Called in the morning, technician was here within an hour. Very polite, knowledgeable and took the time to fully understand what was going on with our older furnace. I absolutely recommend this company from the person who answered the phone, to the on-site tech to the parts. Will use them again when needed.

Monday we had one of their guys come out to give us an estimate on mini splits for our upstairs and replace our current ac and furnace on the downstairs level of our home. We also had another company come out Tues. to do an estimate as well. Friday came and we we got an estimate from the other company. Still no answer from Debackers. Called the following Monday. Told them who I was and havent heard anything, the lady in the office showed no estimates on our house and she would get with the guy and call me back. Two days later and still nothing, so we have decided to go with the other company. Debackers just lost a $20,000 job.

Highly recommend this company! Called at 7 am and they were out here within a little over an hour. Got my AC working before the really hot weather started today!

Very Good Technician, Justin, with DeBackers Heating and Air. I was impressed with Justin because he knew how to diagnose the problem very quickly. And the service was very fast when I called them at 7:40 AM, the technician was here at 9:21 AM. Very impressive! Definitely will use them again.

My air conditioner went out on Wednesday evening so I contacted DeBackers Thursday morning. The reviews were all wonderful so I was confident with my choice. They were to send a tech out Friday afternoon at some point and the tech was to call me before coming over. A technician arrived without notice and was immediately frustrated with me because my dogs were out. I informed him that I didnt have any notice to put them up and that I had absolutely no idea what time he was planning on coming. The technician then was very frustrated with me because I didnt change my air filter every 3 months. This man hit his hands on my fence and said in a rude tone there are certain things we should be doing as homeowners to prevent us from having to come out. I informed the tech that I asked to have my air conditioner cleaned and the filter change during this service call. The rude comments continued throughout the time he was at my house doing the job. At the end, this tech told me that I needed to clean my unit tonight as he was not going to do it. I was trying to inform the tech that I had asked for it to be cleaned and he very condescendingly told me how to clean it on my own. He ended up cleaning it for me and did get the job done. My house is nice and cool now. We did call DeBackers to inform them of the service so that this technician hopefully doesnt talk down to the next person. Greg was very nice and apologetic. The ONLY reason that I am giving them a 3 star review is because Greg was so nice and said he would not be charging me for this service call. I wasnt looking for that at all but I do appreciate him trying to make it right. I do think DeBackers is a wonderful company to use and I may end up giving them one more chance in the future.

Terrible customer service tech never showed or called after 3 days of waiting called again they finally sent tech he said he would contact me on quote never heard back....called back again to find out what it would cost only to be rudely spoken to by the lady answering phone saying theyll get to it in a week or so I would never recommend their unprofessional service...Update Debackers showed me alot after what I see now was just a mix-up they came and looked at the problem for me. I later called them to tackle another task and they were prompt and swift. Sometimes we have to realize we are all human and make mistakes. Thanks for the immediate help on job #2 and coming out and let me know what was the problem for job #1 after I gave a bad review and still being professional with me. Takes a great company to so that!

In the last few years I have purchased an A/C, furnace and water heater from DeBackers and each time a tech or installer was here they were friendly and professional. I have had to get repairs on the furnace and blower motor but that was a factory problem and not an install problem. Service was excellent and prompt. Thank you DeBackers.

My air conditioner broke down on the hottest day of the year. And with a 5 month old baby and a couple pets in the house I needed it fixed as soon as possible. I called Debackers at 7 am and a technician was at my house by 8 am. Justin had my air conditioner fixed by 8:20. I was told when I called that the techs usually get in around 8 am, but he had Justin stop at our home on his way in to the shop that morning just to get me taken care of quickly. I couldnt have asked for better service and will be calling Debackers for all my future service needs!

Very pleased with there help, I took a part in off my HVAC system, they tested it and it was bad sold me a new one, and it worked, they didnt try to get me to have a technician come out and fix it, very helpful, saved me $$$$,

I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to come over and make necessary repairs. Called at 8:30 a.m. for service, and they were DONE by 11:15 a.m.!

Heater went out on a frigid January morning, Flora had a tech at the house within an hour. So Thankful.

I will NOT do business with any other company!!
