As tenants, we loved working with this rental management company at first. They seemed very professional, and quickly respond to any concerns or maintenance issues. Their website was easy to navigate and made paying rent, logging maintenance requests, or even just asking questions really easy and convenient.However in the end, the relationship went south. We were charged for things we did not do, double charged for issues that didn’t exist. And now, 5 years later have found a charge on our credit under the new name for this company (Red Key Management) for an unpaid bill, (power bill) that was OVER paid and we have proof from RMP, to which Trevor ignored. We appreciated the help Trevor initially seemed to offer, but were disappointed that it seemed to be a facade. I hope whomever rents from him next has a better experience than we have.
