There werent really any comps in our area when we listed, so she had to do some research to find what the market rates would be for our home. She helped us along the process, and once the home was listed, she did a great job with coordinating offers, etc with the other agents.We were under contract in a few days, and sold our house quickly. She helped us find our new home, and despite being unavailable when we had our initial walk-through, she made sure to have someone on her team there to represent us.Buying the new home was a huge undertaking, due to the size, and price of the home, so we had to do a lot of work with the lender, and Tammy was there to help us along the way. When we had our offer accepted, we knew that we had picked the right agent, particularly in this market. She knew how to phrase our offer to get the sellers attention, and how much to offer in earnest money, etc. to make sure that our offer was accepted.Tammy, and the rest of the team at Premier were great to work with. I hope I dont ever have to move again, but if I do, I will only work with Tammy.

I rented a home from Utah premier real estate for a year while relocating back to Tooele. The home was in very poor condition and was supposed to be renovated before we moved in. Once I obtained keys at the start of my lease I found that not very many of the repairs have been made, luckily we were not ready to move into the home for almost 30 days and the manager was able to fix a few of the items but not all of them. When it came time to turn in the keys at the end of the lease the home was in much better condition than when I rented it. I was charged an absorbent amount of money($30 for one screw for a cabinet hinge and $50 to tighten the screws on a towel rack) for two very minor repairs that were existing when I moved in, I was not able to fit everything that was wrong with the home on the move in inspection sheet because there was so much that was broken or damaged. After going back-and-forth with the managers I never did receive a refund for these repairs. During my year at this home the landlord was not able to keep any handymen on contract. There were several times that I had to wait weeks for repairs and eventually ended up just making them myself. I was reimbursed for the parts but not until the end of my lease. I was told that I should just consider myself lucky that I got the majority of my deposit back they made it very clear that other property managers at this firm make it a point to not return very much of your deposit. Renters beware this is not a very good place to rent from.

They were patient with us to find the perfect home for us.

Started out pretty good and ended so terribly!! We did all the running around and paid for the application fee only to find out the next morning that the owner decided he wanted to sell instead of rent. When I tried to reach out to premier to find out what was going on they were very vague and pretty rude. I was offered half of my application fee as an attempt to “make it right”.. I know this wasn’t completely their fault and the property owner had the ultimate decision but, I do think it could have been handled differently. As a property manager your job should be to help property owners find tenants, help tenants find properties, and to mesh the two together seamlessly. Tuesday, we were told by the agent that the property owner wanted it rented out by the end of the week. We put in our applications Wednesday morning and didn’t hear anything from the agent until Thursday afternoon when she reached out and said it was between us and 1 other applicant. We were then told by the agent that we were approved but, we needed to get the background checks done. We gave her our information and paid for everything Thursday evening. Later that night, we were told that everything was ready and that we could meet up the following morning (Friday) to sign the contract/get keys. When the next morning came, the agent reached out apologizing and saying that the owner had decided to sell the property instead of renting it out.I still feel that the reason we did not get to rent the property was because the owner simply was sick of waiting for her to find tenants. If she had been trying a little bit harder (maybe working just a bit faster knowing there was a deadline) or a bit more caring, we would have signed the contract and gotten keys on Wednesday or Thursday.If you’re going to work with this company, just make sure the agent isn’t under any kind of pressure or you will end up sorely disappointed and without a place to live.
