I would give zero stars, we have had many issues in the past with this tire center, but we kept going to them out of ease.Now I am done!My husband brought our van over to them with a nail hole in one of our tires, the tire would still hold some air, but had a chunk out of the tire and a nail hole. We took it in for them to see if there was any hope to fix it and put our spare tire on so we could buy new tires. We have bought our last several sets of tires from this Walmart and was prepared to order them there on the spot.Since we have an AWD we have to buy all new tires because the other 3 tires are over 2 years old. They refused to put on our spare tire saying that it wasnt good for us to have different treads with an AWD. That is true, but the tire is our spare and would only be used very temporarily while we waited for our tires to come in that we ordered. It also has worn tread and was the same size and very similar tread to our other tires.Even after explaining this to them and asking over and over again they still REFUSED to put on our spare tire and after 3 hours of waiting between an oil change, and them looking at the tire, they still sent my husband home to drive on a tire with a nail hole and a chunk out of the tread claiming they would be held liable for our AWD system.I would have definitely held them liable if my husband had gotten in a crash from a very damaged tire blowing out.They were extremely unprofessional and lacked basic understanding of tire safety.As soon as my husband got home I called over to our dealer service department and confirmed with them that it was in fact completely safe to use our spare temporarily while we waited for our tires to come in and that it was the safest option since it was a full size spare.We had to then call AAA and they came over and put the tire on. Now I am ordering new tires from anywhere from Walmart!!

Dont bother asking questions to employees. Asked 2 of them if they carried pink antifreeze (propylene glycol), as I didnt see it in the antifreeze section. Neither had heard of such a thing. Said they would get someone to help, I waited around and decided to look around in case they put it elsewhere. Sure enough, it was elsewhere, brilliant pink bottles, a whole 4 shelves of them. Guarantee I wouldnt let service get done on my vehicle here, they would probably put the wrong fluids in.

Came in with a low tire and 4 new ones to replace the old ones. Left with 4 low brand new tires. I never expect too much from the tire and lube department. The price is low to install, have everything else done elsewhere.

Its a good inexpensive oil change and they dont up-sell me. They are often busy and the wait is long though. Its a good idea to go early in the morning on a weekday. I dont recommend going on a Saturday. They are nice enough to help you find the air filter you need too.

Expect to spend at least an hour here for an oil change. For not having to do it my self their service is whats expected and they complete the work. Very low pressure add on sales. The waiting area is decent even though I usually do other shopping/browsing. Oil changes are the only thing Ive ever had Walmart do on a vehicle.

These Walmart technicians are a great group of guys and they are skilled and certified. They are friendly and helpful and they do a great job. I have been bringing my Jeep Jk to them for the last six years and they have done all my oil changes and they have always taken great care of my Jeep.

I sat there for an hour for them to tell me they didnt have the right stuff.

We took my wifes car to get the oil changed a few months ago here, the customer service was good. The guys at the counter were polite and patient. The big issue is we just took her car to the Centerville Walmart to get her oil done again and the techs at the Tooele shop put the oil filter in so tight that they ended up stripping it trying to take it off, to which they called us and explained and pretty much cant do anything. Jiffy Lube just fixed it, but had to replace a piece because it was stripped so bad.

I took my car in for a simple leak repair. They were understandably busy on a Saturday and said it could be up to 3 hours. I left my car and keys with them and they promised me a call when it was done. It went well past the 3 hours and i finally called them. It took a while, but they finally came back and said it was done a while ago. When i went to pick it up they couldnt tell me what they found with the tire. It wasnt noted on the invoice and the tech that did the work had gone home. They said thats also why i wasnt called. I guess my invoice was just thrown in a stack and forgotten, yet they had no problem charging me in full for the repair.Unfortunately this is the 2nd issue Ive had like this with their tire center...

Good for oil change, not sure about truthfulness. Said I declined them to vacuum vehicle. Their vacuum was broken. Also said filled fluids but didnt as it leaks and they would have been soaked 😂

What was suppose to be a 2 hour job turned into nearly 5! Poor communication, poor time management. And I sat in the waiting area for who knows how long while my truck was done but no one came to tell me. They claim its first come first serve but after 2 hours my truck was half done on the lift but they were working on a different car that came in after mine. Good price but overall terrible service and a complete waste of an entire afternoon.

I was here at 6:40pm today for a tire rotation only and the employee told me he can’t bring in any more cars. There was no cars in any of the bays! Just plain lazy.

The Walmart team replaced the battery in my daughters car. It was a rough replacement due to the design of the car and their lack of experience. Well something did not go back together right and now the car has electricity issues. Walmarts response to the issue: Not our problem. Thanks for nothing.

Worst tire shop ive been to. I left after waiting 3 hours for 2 tires. I was told there were 2 cars ahead of me, both getting 4 tires. Having worked in TLE for 7 years i know how long a set of tires takes to put on. They stand around talking more than they actually work. I could have done 5 sets of tires on my father in laws manual tire machine by now. Do not recommend this place at all.

I have been using them because I Bought my tires there. Free rotations & balancing, and get my oil change due to convenience!

Waited over 2 hours for new tire to be installed and balanced. There was not a car in front of me. They just didnt seem to have it together today. I went to lunch with friend came back and still waited over half hour or longer. I had to ask what status was even after I got back because I didnt see anyone working on it. Was told 20 min worse case scenario 40 min later I finally checked out. Not very happy.

I woke up to a flat tire on Independence day and was pleased to find them open. They were very nice and did great work.

They couldnt change my tires for liability reasons. Thats not their fault, so no negative points for that. What got them a poor rating was that they didnt call and tell me, so I showed up at the end of the day thinking the job would be done. The associate at the counter first told me they could only change two of the tires, then said they had changed all four, and then realized they hadnt changed any of them.

I had a flat tire on my way to work in the morning. I knew I was going to have to go to Walmart after work. I got to TLE about 630 with just a simple take the bad tire off, put the new tire on that I had previously purchased. It took them more than an hour. I think that is a bit too long. Not happy.

The work they do is just fine. The wait was a bit excessive. Make sure to time your visit with a big shopping trip or when they arent really busy.

Worse place to get your oil change!! We dropped off our car and they told us it would be about an hour before it was all done. We were ok with that since we had to get some groceries. We get done shopping and at that point it was close to an hour so we asked if our car was done. The guy told us he would be right with us. So we wait in the waiting area for about 30 minutes and still no one comes to let us know if our car is ready or not. So my husband decides to go ask again and at that point there are like 5 people In line and 1 cashier. So we wait another 15 minutes in line. Once we get to the cashier and ask what’s going on with our car, it turns out our car was done the whole time we were waiting in the waiting area!! On top of that they charged us for 6.5 quarts of oil when my car only holds 5.5!! This is the first and last time I take my car to walmart for an oil change.

Replaced not only my damaged tire but also replaced a wrong size tire installed at a different tire shop for free.

They broke a lug nut and couldnt do anything about it. Wouldnt even do my tires after that. In my opinion they shoulda paid for it. Not only that they SHOULD be able to do things like that. Its a common thing Im sure. Thats why I go elsewhere now.

Super Busy, but Levi was very nice and even had a conversation with my mom and I. He was very knowledgeable about our Chevy truck.My mom and I shopped inside Walmart during some of the wait.

Good place to get my tires put on. This place is a little slower at getting stuff done but that’s ok because it saved me money.

Ok but they didnt reset my oil life indicator back to 100% after changing my oil. Not a huge deal but my wife couldnt understand why I had just had the oil changed, and the oil life was at 20%.... Did they really change the oil????

There was only 1 car in front of me and I was stuck at Walmart for an hour! The last 30 mins I watched them through the window in waiting room and they all took turns trying to look busy. Checking and rechecking fluids. Poking around at the tires. The guy on the car in front of me checked fluids for 15 mins!!! Just trying to look busy. Next time Ill pay $25-30 in SLC. Dont waste your time!

Got new tires and notlw its soo terrible to drive and they wont let me get it fixed first even though its their fault. They said I had to wait 2 hours. Never getting tires from them again. Last time stuff went missing.

Always, always out of oil, filters and, headlight bulbs. They dont know how to order!! Terrible for the consumer, I shouldnt have to run to other competitors!
