Vanessa cut my hair, today. She did an excellent job. Most hairdressers dont believe me when I tell them how short I want it, so they give me a haircut then ask if its short enough. I ask if we can go shorter and then they give me another haircut. Then Im really sick of getting my haircut so I say its fine. Vanessa trusted me and did what I asked the first time. It was nice to not have to sit through two haircuts.A lot of hairdressers also miss some of the hair framing my forehead. She got it and I didnt have to say anything. She was careful and particular about the details.Great cut, great price. Definitely going back.

I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. I did like my haircut but the wait time is bad even when I scheduled an appointment.

I made an appt to have my hair done at 1pm, I got there 15 minutes early and two people were doing haircuts the girl said there would be a woman in soon to do my hair. 15 minutes pass no one else comes, 30 minutes no one still. I ask the guy working if she is coming in and he said hed call. He calls and she says shes not coming in so I waste 45 minutes waiting for nothing!!

Love this place! Alex does a fantastic job every time! She is one of the best. She is fast and really cares about how you want to be able to style your hair for an everyday look. She is awesome! Always happy and smiling too!

I have a very hard time finding people I trust to cut my hair. It is super thick and hard to manage. Ali did a wonderful job cutting it without making it looked chopped. She also managed to take me from a dark brown to medium blonde without ending up orange!!! While there the rest of the staff were very friendly. Very very impressed! Definitely worth the distance from home to go back!!!

I think they do the best haircuts. I really like how they know how to do tour hair when u give them a tiny description of what u want I really like supercuts.

I have never really done anything drastic with my hair as far as getting color put into it. I finally went in and Alex did the color and even put highlights in as well as did a cut. Alex was very professional and did an amazing job! Even though I live out in salt lake, I will definitely be making the drive to Tooele again because it’s totally worth the drive knowing I have someone I can trust to do my hair.

Arrived at 6 at night and only had one hair stylist. Was not greeted. Another young single adult male arrived and stated he had an appointment. Took her over 45 minutes to cut his hair. Finally left while she was still cutting his hair. Well find another stylist

Do not go here!! I went in expecting a trim and the guy who works there cut 5 inches of my hair off because thats what HE wanted, he didnt care as to what I wanted. He didnt admit his mistake and he wasnt nice to me at all. You would have better luck with a 5 year old cutting your hair. Supercuts hires people with no experience and doesnt care about customer service either.

I have gotten my hair done a couple times by Alex Rasmussen! One time was years ago and she did amazing!! Also I went in about a month ago and got an updo by her.. wow she did amazing. I highly recommend Alex!!

The hairdressers at Supercuts in Tooele have always done a fantastic job on mine and my husbands hair. They are quick to greet you as you walk in the door and are very helpful in assisting you with products that will work for your hair type and style.Alex is my absolute favorite. She spends a great amount of time making sure you’re happy with the service and that you love the look you’ve came in for! She has always been my go to for color and just about everything else.Supercuts in Tooele has staff that are personable and their excellent work truly shows how much they enjoy their profession. I always leave as a satisfied customer!

I spoke with management and was assured they had a stylist that was capable of properly cutting my fine curly hair .. I done my best to emfisize and explain to the stylist just exactly how I wanted my hair cut .. she must have been confident that day and unrealistic to her abilities, she cut my hair exactly the opposite way I had explained and left me with one bad hair cut that will take months to regrow . The stylist over looked my needs and done as she pleased ... I highly recommend going to another salon !!!! Tho these comments do not reflect on management, her confidence in her employees is by far overrated !!! She ask if I would come back and try to satisfy this bad hair cut .. theres no way I personally would have confidence in them our her ... Go elsewhere Earthlings !!!!!

Joey and Lisett were very friendly and fit my mother and I in on a Sunday afternoon. We are both very happy with our new styles and well both be returning. We highly recommend them.

Its always hit or miss here. But after yesterday I dont think Ill come back. Needed my sons hair cut for pictureday. Had an older woman that while watching her cut realized she obviously did not know how to do a fade. Instead of just saying that and maybe have us wait for someone more experienced, she continued to cut and buzz. Was a mess. No fade, not blended at all and looks more like a bowl cut. Paid and left. Will not be back

Jayden did a great job! Was on travel to the area for a few days and getting a little shaggy so I stopped in at the competitors across the street and after getting grilled by the knucklehead hairdresser with a bad haircut, bad dye job, and facial piercings to get my phone number, address, email, address, first and last name; this was getting old and fast. The longer you make some one wait to get served, the more likely they are to leave. I said forget it and walked out. Its just a f******g haircut not a hospital admission. Came across the street and found SuperCuts and Jayden there. Jayden is a very pleasant young lady finishing up a customer and then his moms hair cut as well. It was not a long wait. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, stating Ill be ready for you as soon as Im done with these two clients. She was by herself in the shop and nobody else to handle me nor answer the phone. But she was cheerful and courteous and above all, professional looking and acting. She did a great job on my fairly vanilla/standard haircut and got me taken care of quickly and politely. She only asked for my first name that I gave and she gave me her name. Good to go. Highly recommend SuperCuts in general and Jayden in particular.

Walk ins welcome, sure, but good luck actually getting a cut without an appointment. Ive been in twice now, only to be met by a single employee busy with a dye job, and at least an hour waiting time. Gave you guys two chances, Im done.

I was kinda sceptical of this place but I took my chance and went in for a fade and Tiffany did a wonderful job. Couldnt be anymore happier.

If i could give them a zero i would. the guy is very rude. my son got his haircut here before and one of the stylist did a good job. and when i came again to get it done i showed the picture to the girl of how his hair was done and she could not get it right. she looked like a beginner not understanding how to cut his hair. after several times letting her know how it wasnt like the picture the guy but]ts in saying it looks fine. rude and bad customer service. i never have given any ratings but they make you feel like if you are in the wrong if you are not satisfied with the haircut.

Terrible! Terrible! Cuts. My husband and I were not pleased with the outcome. Did want my hair messed up worse than it already was so, I just paid and got out of there. Never going back!

I went in 30 mins before they closed and was turned away because they wouldnt have time and all I wanted was a dry haircut very disappointed it wasnt like 5 mins before it was 30 mins they should have told me this when I called!

Worst place ever to get a haircut. Stylists have bad attitudes, bad service and slower than any other place.

Annoyed. I showed up within business hours and they are closed. Its 6:20 on a Tues. And no one is there. Doesnt say it closed on the website, in fact, it allowed me to check in online.
