I would NOT recommend this Branch to be your agency. They DO NOT do what they say they will do. They quote you one thing and debit your account different then what they quoted you. Because they did this to me on my first payment, I requested to be off autopay, only to come find out they didnt take me off autopay and still charged my account the high dollar amount. They dont return messages and I still dont have my new insurance cards like they said would be emailed to me. Because of them not being honest and doing there job, I have become negative in my account, left stranded with no money. If you dont want to take a chance of this happening to you then I highly recommend NOT using them as your agent! We see if they do the right thing and credit back my account! Writing to inform that the Big boss called me and heard me out, which I really appreciate. They did reimburse me on the fees I was charged from my bank and is making it right on my cost for the next couple of months. Thank you both for taking the time in calling me and making this right. I am willing to give them another chance as being my agent and insurance company!

Whoever thinks that this company is great is an idiot. We have had this insurance for a year and every month they have increased our insurance with the excuse that we dont have automatic withdrawal. So what they are doing is extortion punishing people that come into the office and pay cash.This guy is nothing short of a liar I highly recommend that people stay away from this company. And to top it all off, these scumbags cancelled our insurance without us even knowing

Horrible experience here. I am switching insurance companies because they do not do there job and expect it to fall on the customer and makes it your fault they didnt auto draft the account like they say they will. I did find a insurance company tho I have not had a problem with and they always auto draft and my insurance gets paid like its supposed too.
