Alan & his staff are great & very helpful i was satisfied and happy, untill statefarm headquarters cancelled my roadside service due to excessive use. WHAT!!!!!! (4) CALLS IN 6-YRS are you kidding me. Thats why I have insurance. And Alan, had no say so over it because its canceled through headquarters. I hate leaving but i have to have roadside service. And im not paying a 2-nd comp to have it. I havent needed insurance for an accident since ive had insurance. But i have needed roadside. So for me ill just get a new insurance . Sorry Alan, you were good & i was happy. Thank you

Alan has been an awesome agent. He is knowledgeable, quick to reply back and gave us the best rate. We have been with Alan for years. We had a home fire a few years ago and he was there with us through the process until the very end. I have my auto, home, business auto, and life insurance through him. Wouldnt use any other agent!

Well I got insurance and we said we want full coverage, so if Anything happens we are covered and dont have to worry about anything, like being out of a car, not being able to get a tow truck, ect.. well there was something on the freeway that took out 9 cars and we called, no coverage for rental car, no coverage for tow truck.. then they took my husbands good driving discount away and raised our rates because of this, but last I checked we were covered for road hazards.. and once again not covered.. so what exactly am I paying full coverage for if nothing is covered?

Alan is a great agent and State Farm has never let me down. Got in an accident and he was there to help me figure things out in the confusion. Easy to contact when in office, always promptly responds if not.
