I was in the store on Rt 9 in Toms River on 2/6/19. I purchased a phone and I want to say how fantastic the employees were in helping me. My old phone was not cooperating in getting the info to transfer. Don Parr was fantastic and so was Tom Hynes. Don worked on the phone for, no kidding, 5 hours. They brainstormed, persevered and eventually got the phone to transfer the info to my new phone. I dont know where else I could have received such assistance. Very knowledgeable, very helpful.

I had such a great experience with Stephanie at the tri-state store in Lakewood. She was very informative, she knew what she was talking about. Every question I had was answered with knowledge and professionalism. She made my entire process an easy one. I would recommend AT&T, but especially this store and Stephanie !

The greatest AT&T store in all of existence. I love it so much here, I want to live here. I was so impressed with the managers politeness. I did not feel as if I were getting scammed as I do in other phone stores, such as Verizon. Overall a lovely experience.

Service is the only saving grace, store reps will tell you anything to get a sale and promise you things that always blow up in your face in the form of extra charges fees that you definitely have to call customer service to correct quite often

Do some research before coming here. They will attempt to scam you and when youre not fooled theyll try to get you out of the store. The manager is terrible and rude. Way to feel not welcomed.

Total rip off, I wanted to suprise my husband w new Samsung The young Hispanic guy talked me into stupid Nxt plan which increased my monthly payment And still Im paying full price of phone w 2 year contract.Also he pretend he cant give me my professional discount as a HC employee which they gave to a coworker few days ago.Do ur homework and then order online.

Went in there for a simple payment, and walked out with a cheaper bill and new phone in fast time too.

If i can speak to ben again that will help, the issue is almost resolved, but theres one more part that needs to be fixed, thank you
