Had a cut with Tiffany and had a great experience and love my cut,,, was a little nervous trying a new place with my thick curly hair but I will definitely be going back!!

I visited Profiles on Aug 7th for the first time. Heather was my stylist, and I had a cut, color fade, and bayalage color treatment done. Upon arrival, I called the salon and a staff member came out to take my temperature and ask if I was exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19. Everyone was wearing masks, practicing social distancing, and the salon was very clean. This was very reassuring to me, as I had been nervous about getting my hair done. I showed Heather two pictures describing what I wanted, and she executed it *perfectly*! The color looked great, the cut was fabulous, and she styled it beautifully. I felt like I had stepped out of a magazine shoot! I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking to get their hair done, and have already booked my next appointment!

I have been going to Profiles for many years. Tiffany is the absolute BEST! We have made many changes over the years to my hairstyle and it always comes out great! Tiffany consults with me prior to starting to make sure we are on the same page as far as what I am looking for. She is super professional and certainly keeps up on all the trends, both in color and cuts. I find the entire staff very friendly and accommodating.I constantly get compliments on both my hairstyle(s) and color.PROFILES is the only place to go!

I was really impressed with the quality and character my hair cut and color brought me. My hair was done by Heather, who is personabale and seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. The comfort of the salon was the reason I gave four stars instead of five because the seats and hair washes stations hurt my neck. I would advise anyone with neck problems to come prepared or ask for a towel!

What a great relaxing atmosphere. I have to say they have provided the best service. A wonderful atmosphere and new services make this the place to go. After sooo many nightmares I am so happy I found somewhere I like and trust. No reason to look any further!
