Mike was very efficient and courteous. Cleaned both bathrooms and kitchen. My husband and I are both pleased.

He does not move furniture does not clean under the bed. Leaves carpet and furniture very wet.Very rough with running his hoses in the home and totally wet the wood flooring while cleaning a living room chair. Not really a careful worker.

I would definitely recommend On the Spot Cleaning. I was having a wedding at my house and On the Spot came to clean my house the day before. My house was sparkling and smelled so good. The cleaning team did an amazing job. Very polite and professional. They did not mind going that extra mile if needed. I will absolutely use them again and refer my friends and family!

Very disappointed in this service. As a gift for our elderly Mom, we payed $288 for a full house cleaning gift card. I was assured they would have a crew that would move all the furniture, do the windows, etc. Theyd even clean inside the fridge if she wanted. Several months later, Mom cashed in her gift. The crew was one person. They did an okay job, nothing great. But she didnt move the furniture as promised. I know this because, when we went home for our next visit, we found dirt and debris under the dining room hutch. I would absolutely not recommend.

While the girls in this service were very nice and did an acceptable job of cleaning, the management is horrific. I was charged a cancellation fee after having cancelled for a family emergency. In addition, they had previously cancelled on me the morning of my 11AM appointment, and then said that when I couldnt do the rescheduling time that I had been the one that cancelled on them. The owner was very rude, had no compassion for the situation I was dealing with, and displayed a complete lack of care and respect for others.

Wonderful experience with this company. Excellent service and detail. Very professional. Will continue to use them and refer them to friends!

Worked for a day...trial period...cleaned a home that was previously cleaned before but had to re clean because contractors were still there and were still there when I cleaned walking through home from first floor to third from outside and within home. Instructed to clean a bathroom thoroughly but told ten minutes later just wipe down. Given cleaner to wipe down varnished doors that took stain off. Very hard to follow instructions because they kept changing. Worst was being told they would pay you but after a week no $. Called and was blown off twice with either excuses or no callbacks. Heard back only after filing a complaint with labor board. Within an hour was told check would be at my house by end of week. Called when check didnt arrive was told after 2 come to the office. Run around....poor instructions... Contradictions and unprofessionalism. Trial period employees should be paid THAT day ...we are not employees yet no reason to wait for headaches. Been cleaning for residential and commercial businesses before NEVER cleaned when construction crew was still there! Dangerous pointless and unprofessional!

I would recommend On The Spot. Initially years ago we didn’t like that staff kept changing, but we’ve had the same team for over a year now and they are excellent.

I hired On The Spot Cleaning to clean an empty house I just purchased. The house was sold to me in clean condition. Final walk through went well. The refrigerator was very clean, stove, floors etc.. I just felt like I wanted to hire someone to clean the wood work, bathrooms, ledges of doors, cabinets etc. I asked for a detailed cleaning because I would of preferred not to clean other peoples dirt. I wanted to move in to a fresh clean house.On the Spot did a half fast job on an already clean house. It was easy to tell they ran in and ran out. I called Rachel, the owner, and explained my dissatisfaction. Explained there were only 2 closets with rugs in them and one was not vacuumed. She said she would come back for that however I already vacuumed it out. That said, she offered me 10% back, I said thank you. I never received the credit back on my card. I do not feel in the middle of my move with all I had to do I should of had to call and remind her that she did not credit me. It is just unprofessional.That said, the first time I cleaned my new home I was cleaning things that I thought were stained. So after paying for the service and looking at it I assumed the marks were still there because it was permanent. For example, I have 2 baths both with wrap around tubs, no tile, just the cheap wrap around. Well in both of the them there was what I thought was a permanent rust stain. NOT! I cleaned it the stain came off both bathrooms. Therefore this tells me they didnt clean the bath tubs. Woodwork stained by the toilet, nope I cleaned it. Now I know it was yellow pee. Again, no cleaning there. Dust above every single doorway. I cleaned it! Laundry room cabinets, yup I had to wipe it out putting things way! Cob webs in my master ceiling corner, yup I cleaned it!They simply ran in and ran out and charged me a lot of money for nothing. They saw the house was clean and did a half fast job. They cleaned obvious things only, like crumbs in the cabinets. I could of did that too! There was no detail cleaning which is exactly why they missed so much! All I can say is I feel like I took $337 out of the bank and ripped it up and through it in the trash! What a waste of money! I would never ever hire this company!! On a final note, they also left my back sliding glass door unlocked!
